I'm guessing they obtain from resale sites for discounted destroyed cosmetics, i cant think of any websites off the top of my head, but judging from the varying conditions and brands id guess its that
Have concluded through watching and analyzing: these products are likely defective/damaged products sent by viewers/bought on used sites/bought in store, or free/sponsored items that the uploader was given! Enjoyed the video! 🩷
