    YES! POP TARTS 🤤
Awesome job you two! You both got the body on the trailer perfectly and it looked effortless. I do wonder about the park brake cables and the body lift. Maybe it will need a drop bracket to be long enough instead of going through the body channel. Sorry for the incorrect fuel sending unit, HPG is usually perfect on the orders. I'm sure David will make it right 👍. Keep up the awesome work fine sir! You are absolutely an inspiration!

I thought about those E brake cables to. I hope they’re long enough. I might have to drop them down with a bracket that’s a good idea.

AM General does not use "SEALER" on the assembly of the HMMWV Body. What you see when separating riveted together panels is actually pumpable and extrudable ADHESIVE, the same type as used in aluminum aircraft construction. AM General buys it in specially designed 5-gallon containers the application pumps fits tightly in. Each container must be kept between -20F and -42F degrees until scheduled for use. There is a 48-hour window for use of the Adhesive once it reaches "pumpable" consistency which is around 55 degrees F or above. On Friday afternoon in the Body Assembly Shop all parts the adhesive has been applied to MUST be mated AND riveted to the next up assembly before the line shutdown for the weekend. And yes, it is highly toxic when coming in contact with skin.extrudiableextrudiable

Looking better every day! As for the "dead phone syndrome" pick up on a beefy power bank and a long charging cable. Make a little pouch to hold the power bank and hang it on the tripod ( if used) or set it by the phone. Works for me, give it a try.

Are you doing the rough texture for noise dampening? I was thinking about felt for the underside of the F150 (also aluminum). Also, mad props on having a supportive Mrs. Split Builds. Let her know how awesome she is!

For sure! I’ll tell her! Yeah hopefully that texture does something for the sound deadening!
