No Way... No Way..... There is actually a trader who teaches their strategy with this God Level of simplicity....!!!!!!!!!!!!???? This is One of The World's Wonders! Absolutely Amazing!
Einstein's quote “Make it as simple as possible, but not simpler”. Trading doesn't need to be complicated. Love the way you explain trading, it's concepts and your strategy in a calm style.
Thank you soooo much for posting this!!!! After watching, I applied the strategy and was able to hit profit target on four accounts. This will be my first withdrawal from Apex!!!!
I’ve been following you for a bit, I’ve set my trading style based on your strategy. So far a few months ago, i started following my rules, it was great, I finally started breaking even, I’ve failed over 146 apex accounts. lol But today I broke my rules because i was not winning, I was stuck at breaking even. But I just came to this video and it felt it’s like the last piece of the puzzle of the strategy i didn’t know. And I’ve going backs over the charts and I can see it increasing my winning percentage, so thank you for the video. It was extremely helpful. Namaste
146??? Makes me feel better about failing 15ish of them. I was funded with topstep a few weeks ago but messed it up. MAN I was almost there... We're in this together bro. Let's do this.
Fuck it brother, this is it , this is the way the I have found my consistency, this is where my breakthrough was, keep it simple and manage risk. This is exactly how I trade and combine with a little pattern breakout for extra confluence
You just changed my life. I have been able to recognize elements of this pattern just by watching charts for thousands of hours at this point, but never put it all together. It sets up so well for rules based trading. Entry, stop, exit. I put it to work this week and immediately it was profitable. I'm grateful. Thank you.
Excellent video Never seen uptrend and down trend described in such detail. Fabulous, can you please make another detailed video about just these two patterns ,with more examples. Thanks a lot
I have been studing all you explain for 3 years, what you have done in just a 20 minuts with help of explaning channel/Level/Patern/recognising and detecting Bar that is simply amazing thank you from bottom of my heart for your unselfish gift of sharing knoladge, I wish had found earlier would save a lots of money and time.Ash👏
The 21 period ema, do you recommend hours, days, weeks, or months? I think emas are available for each, but I'm still new. Also, what timeframe do you trade on? Thanks!
Thanks for this clear and simple strategy. Professional and quality video. I am really interested to back test this strategy. What timeframe are you using for this strategy?
Thanks for the clear description of your strategy. You're looking for reversals, which are harder to predict. I find it easier to just stick with the trend, buy at a lower area of an uptrend, then sell at higher areas, RR 1:1 or 1.5 (depending on timeframe/strength). But I think each strategy is legit as long as you manage it to be profitable.
Great presentation of this strategy, I would really like to see more similar presentations, Thanks. Oh, and I am going to start putting these channels and the ema on my charts and watch for the bar, Thanks, looks really good. I will watch this again before my next trading attempts.
You helped me pass my first evaluation with the Accelerated Trade Management tool using an OCO! Thank you for all that you do. By any chance could you share with me the time frame you use for drawing out channels?
Yes, please break it down in more detail in another video. Question though: Does the same analysis apply if the channel is broken to the side that is in the same direction of the channel? For instance, in the case of an upward channel being broken to the upside or a downward channel being broken to the downside? During Tokyo session today for S&P 500 e-mini, I did see two cases where this happened, and what followed in both cases was a reversal. One case was a bullish channel broken to the upside that then followed your exact pattern and then cycled through a rounding top and ultimately reversed to bearish, and the other case was a bearish channel broken to the downside that then followed your exact pattern and then cycled through a rounding bottom and ultimately reversed to bullish. Is that normally the case, or was that unique?
Great question and fantastic observation! If a channel is broken to the direction of a trend, that is commonly referred to as an "overshoot". It indicates an exhaustive, climactic move and we would expect prices to do exactly what you noted: correct or reverse
I would prefer to play the reversal of that triple bottom. Of course, this is hindsight, but breaking above that consolidation area with a triple bottom looks attractive to me.
Couple of questions. 1- If the candles close above the 21 day EMA inside the channel does that indicate a shift in most cases or do you wait until candles break channel outside of channel and close under or above the 21 day. 2- How many new hi's/or lows do you wait for before outlining your channel?
Appreciate trying to help but it’s Always very simplistic when not in real life. You only need it to jack knife down and it blows your demonstrations completely out the water.
Idk, it seems pretty subjective where you are placing your 'z structures (3 lines)' and you stop the example at the level it nears the test of change so we don't actually see if it would have broken above or below quickly after. This must be only for a maximum 1:1 r/r ratio, no?
Great video Joe you mentioned about making a video on breaking down the pattern recognition in more detail can you please do that? It would really help thank you
Great video! I will try this strategy. Thank you for sharing, I have learned a lot. Which market/ instrument do you apply it to? I would love to have you as my mentor
Overall I liked the video. Maybe I misunderstood some things, but some of the signal examples seemed to me to be inconsistent. First, you say that a breakout of a channel usually (but not always) signals a change in direction. But then you show several examples where the market broke a channel line, and then found support at the 21 EMA outside the channel, then returned back inside the channel and then kept on going, so in fact NOT reversing direction. I hope you can explain that in another video.
I'm not sure I understand, perhaps you need to rewatch. A break of a channel does not usually signal a change in direction. When a channel breaks (on a pullback) there is usually one more push to a new extreme, THEN the direction is likely to change. If you are on the same page so far, then we can get to the examples of when that is not the case. And yes, of course there are many times this doesn't happen. The market can certainly break a channel and just keep on reversing (never getting that second attempt at a new extreme). That is why the other components to the strategy are needed. They confirm that the market is likely to do what you expect it to do.
@@iamtradingteam Bro in the examples you shown after the break of channel there were strong (the first) signal bars closing above/below the 21ema but you didn't take it but wait until it pulled back a second time. I guess the 2nd time is higher probability? Can you take the first one too?
this mostly applies to longer time frame right? if zooming in too much in the one minute time frame, too much noise and manipulation going on to hit stop losses of day traders. Would you agree?
In general, smaller timeframes have more "noise" but I find this strategy actually works quite well on 1m+ charts. Below that is probably a little too granular

This is why I enjoy your daily lessons so much. Super clear as always
I appreciate that!
You are great for teaching in such a simple manner.
Thanks for the video. What is the time frame you look at for the reliability and which ema is that?

Good teacher...You make it so simple. What time period do you use on your day trading charts?
Hey Bro. What time frame does this strategy work well on? Thank you for a killer strategy!!!
God bless you my boy 😢📚💰📈
Basically it could be defined as a mechanical trading strategy using pullbacks on the 21 EMA
