I have had it from beta it´s not like we have to del games now days, but answer to you´r question the last update don´t really bring much new to the game we are 5-10% who have played active semi active from the start. Brim was nice after that, payed dlc with mounts and artifacts was ok to, but problem this game have and even with this update it goes to fast to complete if you forget they nerf every thing to ablivion and say qualty of live, but that just make every thing way to easy i log in every 7 days can´t be bother with races ore pvp teritory coconut and doing the raid on cd thats it. AGS main problem is they don´t play the game them selfs ore they would anderstand why people leave 3 weeks and max gs and then what next build ? they should added a new opr map 2 years ago ore added new mutations other ways to obtain the 725 gs that was fun to have many max builds wha tthey did was to gate 725 behind stupied npc and the raid only the people running raids they can do the new raid but can´t do a m3 speaks it´s own language 90% new players and castrate crafting 250 what abbout them we have like 3 items that sell matrix runeglases blocks and that fucking thing after you salvage the conducter =essence.

I'm back after leaving disappointed two years ago. And it's incredibly cool that the game is now. They have improved everything that was missing and they have listened to the community and I am very hooked right now. It's totally worth it

Well I just started playing christmas eve and I'm a lvl 39 hunter, main Bow. Being an ex wow player from 2007-15 and FFXIV 2021 currently but haven't played since this past fall, this game to me is up there with tha 2. I'm really having fun and on my journey to lvl65. @@Lotzo 😂 Yea, it's best to play around with all the weapons while you level and find your favorite one. I was a bruiser (Warhammer/Great Axe) for ages, then tried Fire Staff n fell in love with how much faster it is.

Have played this game since launch. I’ve taken breaks here and there, but this game is amazing on my opinion. If they can stick to their roadmap they can keep players, and have some players return.
Na, I missed the launch, but it's been 2-3 years now, not really any breaks. I still love it. It's just a shame there a section of the community that has become very toxic.
Picked this game up with my friend cause it came out on PS5 and I'm so glad I did, it's grindy it's got everything a good mmo should have. It's not perfect but definitely worth the buy but nice that console gets all the expansions included
I started with Console launch. Never had the opportunity to play at pc release due to no pc right now. Was cheaper to go console when my rig died. I played for the first couple months but took a month break in December love the game. Returned about a couple weeks ago and been having even more of a blast. I hit lvl65 rather quickly for a casual player took roughly a couple months. Still going through the main story just got to Elysian Wilds. Theres SO much to do especially if you dont no life in moms basement haha theres plenty of content i feel. I hope more meaningful content does come in the future. I see this being my home MMO at least for a while!
Yea, there's a lot to do, and it's a blast. Eventually you will run out of content, if they don't speed up development rates, but that's the same with every game. As long as you enjoy the ride, and get your money's worth, I can't complain.
I’ll always look back on my New World days with fond memories, and I think the game truly did (or maybe still does) have potential, but it’s been so poorly managed that, as of right now, I don’t think it’s worth playing. I really do wish things were different and I hope they can turn it around, but the development team has dug their own grave. And I don’t know how they’re going to get out of it. 😔
@ definitely. I wish things were different. I wish the game had launched in a better state. I wish more people had been more patient and willing to stick with the game. But… it just didn’t happen. And I do think it’s too late at this point 😔. Idk what they could do to get me (or other people) to play the game. Hopefully, they learn from their mistakes and it helps them successfully launch the LOTR mmo whenever that comes out.
Nice, I think you'll love it. Changing over to action combat might feel a bit strange coming from WoW, but the world is beautiful, and I think you'll have a blast, and for sure get your money's worth out of it.
Towards the end, a new world. When people were lost at what to do, we all gained up about 100 deep and just run in the camp. Basically just run them over and open up those beautiful crates to get these legendary weapons. That's what it was about then. At the end, but then they made changes. And everybody moved on. Would I go back? I don't think so. But I did have a really, really good time.
I remember the water mark system, it single handedly killed chest runs for me. I never want to do another chest run in my life. 😂 I remember doing them every day for months hoping for certain pieces to get a gearscore bump.
My biggest reason for not spending more time in this game is because I am mostly a solo PvE player and it's hard to get into the Gorgon raid as a pug. But I don't want to commit to all the requirements of a raiding company. I have a very fluid schedule and that doesn't mesh well with company rules. So I am stuck at 69* gear score and even with the considerable grinding, am not able to get past this content wall as a casual player.
Complete the MSQ and you'll naturally improve your GS and levelling. Once you've done that, you'll get the Attuned Leather Pants artefact - from there you can use your free chromatic seal (from Season pass) and coconuts (gathered from PVP zone) to make them 725. This will boost your GS up by quite a bit. If you're struggling for gear, go farming, sell your mats and then buy better gear. Look for pieces that have Enchanted Ward and Health. This can all be solo'd relatively easy. Another option of getting gear is to gamble using Doubloons - get 500 quickly from keys that drop in the Well of Fortune every week, and join the Cutless Elite runs. Before you open the Doubloon caches, make sure you're set to the correct attributes because it'll drop gear specially to this. Don't bother getting the weapons as they're PVP only, and you won't be accepted in raid groups with PVP perks. Hope that helps!
What server are you on? I’m on Maramma and we have community runs multiple times a week for people that need to learn the mechanics or don’t have a regular group to run it. The guy that does it explains things in detail and you are never made to feel less because you are learning.
Yea, but there's a lot of ppl online who have even more hours, and that are saying stuff like don't play this trash game. They certainly got their money's worth out of it, but because they don't agree with the direction it's going, they will just say it's terrible and no one should play it.
@NewbWorld was just fighting one of those yesterday in a OPR as a fresh level 60. One guy with sword and shield survived like 5 of us attacking him for a few minutes. Also the kiting in this game is tough to deal with.
If you're enjoying the game... Heck yea! Keep enjoying it! However, it must be stated that the developers have displayed their incompetence at almost every opportunity. They have repeatedly over-promised and under-delivered. I'd also argue they lied to the PC player base in the lead up to the console announcement.

3:11 u also lied by saying “new world doesn’t have tab targeting like other mmos” it does in fact have tab targeting/ lock on. On PC the default keyhole is the scroll wheel on your mouse.
@@NewbWorld New copies/purchases of NW:A for PC or Console include both the base game and the expansion. (3rd party sites may still be selling the old regular NW, sans Aeternum though!), this is what the mod team wrote on reddit
Thanks m8, yea, you'll have a blast coming back, especially if you haven't played since some of the expansions. The community is a bit of a downside, especially if you spend time on the social media platforms, but the console players who've come in are a breath of fresh air to the community.
are there mounts in the game yet ? because traveling everywhere on foot is pain in the ass , i like travel system in throne and liberty just Teleport where you need and it just costs you gold
I stopped playing cause devs didnt care at all, we had bots roaming around destroying the server economy and devs were aware and sayed they were normal players and even a blind person could see a bot, the game had performance issues after the graphic upgrade, which cause alot of people dropping the game, the content is messy, then they implemented that system so that would penalize you for wearing high gearscore if you didnt met the score the item had, pvp was also fcked up and alot of cheaters so yea was fun while it lastest and last time i comeback it almost blow up my pc due to its terrible optimization, so yea i will avoid it dispite having great time with people i met in the game.
My problem is they are very hard to trust. They lost 95%+ of their playerbase then lied about any content in 2024. Then the content people really want (PvE, Raid, Weapons etc.) is "In Exploration",i.e. not guaranteed, meaning that if Aeternum doesn't sell they will just ship their team over to their new MMO in development - the LOTR one.
Yea, I am hoping with console behind us, it's all hands on deck to deliver on everything they say, and rebuild that trust slowly. I see some good signs, like how transparent they were with the new road map, saying what's 100%, and what's kind of wishful thinking.
Wasnt sure if it would be worth it to buy New World after hearing all the bad story's. And man iam hooked right of the bat. One of the most immersive games for me right now due to how amazing this game looks and feels.

@@NewbWorld Every game has that these days. Specialy so for PvP games alot of fragile ego's and "bitter" vets. Was part of it for since the days of Lineage an age of games long gone. Hope mor eplayers will return who had given up on it as Amazone worked hard to fix it wich not every studio is willing to do and just milk it and let it die.
I'm starting to wonder if people are being paid to trash this game. I must not be playing the same game others are. Sure it has it's flaws, but tell me one MMO that doesn't. For PC you have more options, but for console, this is the best they have.
I went back to it and regret the time I spent on it. What kind of a game play loop are chest runs, nobody finds them enjoyable but they still make it part of the game
I mean, you don't need to do chest runs. I don't do them. It used to be really helpful, when we had watermark system, but now you don't need to do it at all. Just one of many ways to make gold in the game.
I've logged on a couple times at random points to see what's up cause I always liked what new world could have been... But anytime after any length it's the same thing.ecr runs, mob farming and begging people to group for earlier content so you can progress while noone wants to run it-even with group queue things can take a long wait. M3 needing pregroup was just dumb on their part and noone seems to even care to do em on multiple servers.
@dustinvanwinkle5078 yeah the campaign was fun then it's the content in-between like endgame dungeons and after the campaign where it falls short, like the daily content just isn't fun at all. I did join a clan and they all just stood around in the town doing nothing just chatting, not for me. And pvp is just full of meta gamers
Having played 8+ toons to level 65 I say that they must add a function to bypass certain parts of main story questline. Other MMOs have had that over 20 years ago so it isn't a new idea at all. I can't help but think that the whole angry earth is a massive mistake by wrong conclusions made on data they had. Basically thinking that as Genesis expedition was so wildly popular players liked it so let's make a whole expansion on that angry earth content. While the reality was that players had problems gaining money in the game and Genesis was fastest way to make money. My whole damned company stopped playing New World due to Angry Earth expansion in the end. Brimstone meanwhile was excellemt.
Yea, I did prefer Brimstone, but Artifacts and Mounts were awesome. I see on roadmap cross character progression improvements incoming, hopefully that'll make having multiple toons better. I have a few myself.
@PokeAmp yea, I dunno, it sounds cool in theory, but I haven't done enough research on the topic to know the pros and cons. Maybe it might ruin the economy? I am sure they have economy experts that do that kind of research, but that's how it works in RuneScape and it seems good.
If you can get some friends to play through the game with and learn dungeons together this is a blast of a game to play for a week. If you wanna get into raids and m3s, imo its not worth the time investment. Pvp imo is trash with boring modes and huge balance issues. Gathering and crafting is fun, but leveling armoring or weaponsmithing is a complete waste of time. Just find a crafter to make you stuff for a tip.
A lot of fair points. I have mostly played as a solo player my whole journey, and haven't gone too deep into raiding/M3s or even PVP, but I just like the open world experience, and gear chasing.
I WOULD NEVER EVER PLAY A GAME THAT IS -> IN BETWEEN -> A FIGHTING STYLE GAME AND A SHOOTING STYLE GAME. ARE YOU A SHOOTER, NEW WORLD? WELL, WE BOTH KNOW YOU ARE, I HAVE SEEN THE CLIPS OF SNIPING MAD PEOPLE WHO HAVE SPEND 20 YEARS OF THEIR LIVES SNIPING IN GAMES. And everything else dies right there. Everything.
This game is really only good if you enjoy the crafting grind. Everything else is rather bad compared to most mmos. The pve is entirely lackluster with lazy design and the pvp was always rather bland and annoying. Had my fun with it but it is objectively a dreadful mmo.
Yea, I get it. I remain optimistic, because now console is out, in my head, all focus is on content and making the game better, but I get why some people are done.
I kind of like the seasonal servers. Something new to do. I just really how the skins you get from them are epic, and are one time only. To make it feel more worth it.
oi 2 questions from me, are there tons of bots in the game? and how does it affect the game that guilds own zones? atleast thats what i heard, is it like albion where you cant step foot into a zone if you are not part of the zerg?
I don't notice bots really, some people say they do, but I haven't had that issue. The companies owning zones doesn't really effect you at all, they just get the taxes for things sold in said zones. It'll never prevent you from going into a zone.
A LOT of optimization needed to even play reliably (or to even log in for a lot of players), then and only then should it be considered worth playing. The game is BEUATIFUL to the eye, but will definitely get on your nerves with all the bugs and glitches. The game most certainly has potential, but its basically been a paid beta since original release and the paid expansion that included mounts, etc. should have been included at 'release', typical greedy sneaky cash grab. in my opinion, and that's not bad, if that's what you signed up for, but that's not at all how it was presented.
It's fun with friends other than that it's just people thatve been playing forever ridiculing new players even though their games dead and they need new players
I play a lot solo, and don't really interact with the global chat much. I have a lot of good open world interactions with people though. There are some bad eggs, but a lot of good people too.

@ cheers mate I jumped on it, the game was alright, little bit demanding on the pc, I’m on a mid system. Also the system where you have to pay to buy a mount is terrible lol. TBH it’s not as bad as other mmos for putting things behind paywalls but it is owned by Microsoft and they market the crap out of their games and treat people less than human. I think I’m going to jump into FF14, they are the only mmo that treat their player base like humans

Yea, I think the token system is fine, so we have something to grind for, and choose what to unlock, but we need way more ways to earn them than just paying with real money or Season Pass.
@ hey I’m just happy I got enough winter tokens for a chop chop train put it on my lower bunk bed so it goes around the whole bed and the winter costume festive looks nice just did my first mutation had a good team and healer I can see why end game is awesome so much gear to get I’m dying quick this have about 200 in constitution rest in strength
@@MULTIPLANGOD Yea, that's for sure one of the cooler furniture pieces they ever put out. That a good stat balance, as you get better you can maybe drop your con a bit. I think I am 150 con, the rest Int for extra damage.
Love this game, but the pvp sweats and farming bots ruin it (usually the same people using bots too). They sell their coin for real money to scrape by without getting a real job. Every game that’s failed has allowed people like this to erode the game from within.
I don't notice farming bots that much tbh, but I am hoping the PVP Server will run well, and it'll convince the devs to make a PVP Always on permanent server. That would be a lot of fun, going out there and PKing bots.

2700hours my 1st wish for devs would be lower pings, input latency is bad. i got 600mb/s - 100mb/s cable network without wifi shit ofc. and still 60 ping on good time of way, and 120-180 when servers lagging... for opr i hope 725 items nerfs on ther, similar way like under 700gs get buffs... more fair fights... less btw bullshit what all zerg clans doing. and gorgon weapons are overpowered brokens... devs should play 2 weeks 8 hours day opr to see how fucking badly its done... but still i go there for pvp track items and easy gold rewards... what is again broken system in game, just use aoe heals, aoe skills and spam on middle of fights no matter kills or not you get easely 3k score and its max reward ofc win gives more but its not worty of 50min fight nostop when its clear that other team will win anyway... at least they should implant something bonus for be team best healer or team best tank etc or if get 5k - 10k score then get bonus reward a lot more etc. Pve is almost good well a lot good but still soooo much what devs need to fix and ffs try them self or make damn public test servers where you can give feedbacks and report bugs before adding new mega broken things into game. With love and a lot hate i say strong 8/10 game. at least not same level flop like diablo 3 and 4 ! :D
Yea, I am more PVE, so there's not much I can say about the PVP. I live on an island with very average internet, and no servers near me, so I will never get good ping, so I just get used to bad performance. I do hope OPR get's more love than just a new map this year, would be cool to get some more bonuses like you mentioned for the mode.

@@danborg1228 I do much prefer the old gearing system, for the 700 GS, it felt a bit easier, and more fun to go hunt down good 2 perk pieces.

A big yes after 1k hrs. There are still some new or old unfixed visual bugs but I still love this game.

Yea, some bugs take a bit long to fix, but it's still overall a really fun experience. No game will be without bugs.

I played for the first couple months but took a month break in December love the game. Returned about a couple weeks ago and been having even more of a blast. I hit lvl65 rather quickly for a casual player took roughly a couple months. Still going through the main story just got to Elysian Wilds. Theres SO much to do especially if you dont no life in moms basement haha theres plenty of content i feel. I hope more meaningful content does come in the future. I see this being my home MMO at least for a while!
Yea, there's a lot to do, and it's a blast. Eventually you will run out of content, if they don't speed up development rates, but that's the same with every game. As long as you enjoy the ride, and get your money's worth, I can't complain.
I’ll always look back on my New World days with fond memories, and I think the game truly did (or maybe still does) have potential, but it’s been so poorly managed that, as of right now, I don’t think it’s worth playing. I really do wish things were different and I hope they can turn it around, but the development team has dug their own grave. And I don’t know how they’re going to get out of it. 😔

@ definitely. I wish things were different. I wish the game had launched in a better state. I wish more people had been more patient and willing to stick with the game. But… it just didn’t happen. And I do think it’s too late at this point 😔. Idk what they could do to get me (or other people) to play the game. Hopefully, they learn from their mistakes and it helps them successfully launch the LOTR mmo whenever that comes out.

Changing over to action combat might feel a bit strange coming from WoW, but the world is beautiful, and I think you'll have a blast, and for sure get your money's worth out of it.
Towards the end, a new world. When people were lost at what to do, we all gained up about 100 deep and just run in the camp. Basically just run them over and open up those beautiful crates to get these legendary weapons. That's what it was about then. At the end, but then they made changes. And everybody moved on. Would I go back? I don't think so. But I did have a really, really good time.
I remember the water mark system, it single handedly killed chest runs for me. I never want to do another chest run in my life. 😂
I remember doing them every day for months hoping for certain pieces to get a gearscore bump.
My biggest reason for not spending more time in this game is because I am mostly a solo PvE player and it's hard to get into the Gorgon raid as a pug. But I don't want to commit to all the requirements of a raiding company. I have a very fluid schedule and that doesn't mesh well with company rules.
So I am stuck at 69* gear score and even with the considerable grinding, am not able to get past this content wall as a casual player.
Complete the MSQ and you'll naturally improve your GS and levelling. Once you've done that, you'll get the Attuned Leather Pants artefact - from there you can use your free chromatic seal (from Season pass) and coconuts (gathered from PVP zone) to make them 725. This will boost your GS up by quite a bit. If you're struggling for gear, go farming, sell your mats and then buy better gear. Look for pieces that have Enchanted Ward and Health. This can all be solo'd relatively easy. Another option of getting gear is to gamble using Doubloons - get 500 quickly from keys that drop in the Well of Fortune every week, and join the Cutless Elite runs. Before you open the Doubloon caches, make sure you're set to the correct attributes because it'll drop gear specially to this. Don't bother getting the weapons as they're PVP only, and you won't be accepted in raid groups with PVP perks. Hope that helps!

What server are you on? I’m on Maramma and we have community runs multiple times a week for people that need to learn the mechanics or don’t have a regular group to run it. The guy that does it explains things in detail and you are never made to feel less because you are learning.

@NewbWorld was just fighting one of those yesterday in a OPR as a fresh level 60. One guy with sword and shield survived like 5 of us attacking him for a few minutes. Also the kiting in this game is tough to deal with.

However, it must be stated that the developers have displayed their incompetence at almost every opportunity. They have repeatedly over-promised and under-delivered. I'd also argue they lied to the PC player base in the lead up to the console announcement.

3:11 u also lied by saying “new world doesn’t have tab targeting like other mmos” it does in fact have tab targeting/ lock on. On PC the default keyhole is the scroll wheel on your mouse.

I stopped playing cause devs didnt care at all, we had bots roaming around destroying the server economy and devs were aware and sayed they were normal players and even a blind person could see a bot, the game had performance issues after the graphic upgrade, which cause alot of people dropping the game, the content is messy, then they implemented that system so that would penalize you for wearing high gearscore if you didnt met the score the item had, pvp was also fcked up and alot of cheaters so yea was fun while it lastest and last time i comeback it almost blow up my pc due to its terrible optimization, so yea i will avoid it dispite having great time with people i met in the game.
This is the ugly truth... The developers and the publisher don’t care about the players, which is why they wanted to drive away as many as possible...

My problem is they are very hard to trust. They lost 95%+ of their playerbase then lied about any content in 2024.
Then the content people really want (PvE, Raid, Weapons etc.) is "In Exploration",i.e. not guaranteed, meaning that if Aeternum doesn't sell they will just ship their team over to their new MMO in development - the LOTR one.
Yea, I am hoping with console behind us, it's all hands on deck to deliver on everything they say, and rebuild that trust slowly.
I see some good signs, like how transparent they were with the new road map, saying what's 100%, and what's kind of wishful thinking.
Wasnt sure if it would be worth it to buy New World after hearing all the bad story's.

I'm starting to wonder if people are being paid to trash this game. I must not be playing the same game others are. Sure it has it's flaws, but tell me one MMO that doesn't. For PC you have more options, but for console, this is the best they have.
I went back to it and regret the time I spent on it. What kind of a game play loop are chest runs, nobody finds them enjoyable but they still make it part of the game
I mean, you don't need to do chest runs. I don't do them. It used to be really helpful, when we had watermark system, but now you don't need to do it at all.

I've logged on a couple times at random points to see what's up cause I always liked what new world could have been... But anytime after any length it's the same thing.ecr runs, mob farming and begging people to group for earlier content so you can progress while noone wants to run it-even with group queue things can take a long wait. M3 needing pregroup was just dumb on their part and noone seems to even care to do em on multiple servers.
@dustinvanwinkle5078 yeah the campaign was fun then it's the content in-between like endgame dungeons and after the campaign where it falls short, like the daily content just isn't fun at all. I did join a clan and they all just stood around in the town doing nothing just chatting, not for me. And pvp is just full of meta gamers

Having played 8+ toons to level 65 I say that they must add a function to bypass certain parts of main story questline. Other MMOs have had that over 20 years ago so it isn't a new idea at all.
I can't help but think that the whole angry earth is a massive mistake by wrong conclusions made on data they had. Basically thinking that as Genesis expedition was so wildly popular players liked it so let's make a whole expansion on that angry earth content. While the reality was that players had problems gaining money in the game and Genesis was fastest way to make money. My whole damned company stopped playing New World due to Angry Earth expansion in the end.
Brimstone meanwhile was excellemt.
Yea, I did prefer Brimstone, but Artifacts and Mounts were awesome.
I see on roadmap cross character progression improvements incoming, hopefully that'll make having multiple toons better. I have a few myself.
My favorite thing about this game is Proximity chat. There arent alot of consle games with that

I think u are talking about bind on pickup items? Some items are bind on pickup, others on equip. If you equip an item tho, you can no longer sell it.

I play on the Xbox server and we have companies that will carry you through the raid for a good price.
Yea, most servers will have carry groups if needed.
If you can get some friends to play through the game with and learn dungeons together this is a blast of a game to play for a week. If you wanna get into raids and m3s, imo its not worth the time investment. Pvp imo is trash with boring modes and huge balance issues. Gathering and crafting is fun, but leveling armoring or weaponsmithing is a complete waste of time. Just find a crafter to make you stuff for a tip.

I WOULD NEVER EVER PLAY A GAME THAT IS -> IN BETWEEN -> A FIGHTING STYLE GAME AND A SHOOTING STYLE GAME. ARE YOU A SHOOTER, NEW WORLD? WELL, WE BOTH KNOW YOU ARE, I HAVE SEEN THE CLIPS OF SNIPING MAD PEOPLE WHO HAVE SPEND 20 YEARS OF THEIR LIVES SNIPING IN GAMES.

This game is really only good if you enjoy the crafting grind. Everything else is rather bad compared to most mmos. The pve is entirely lackluster with lazy design and the pvp was always rather bland and annoying. Had my fun with it but it is objectively a dreadful mmo.
AGS has lost all good will with me. I gave them three years and 2.5k hours, they gave me broken promises and let down after let down.
10k hours hear and how man ytimes have we played and that like this hm... no end game but 50% of my hours is semi afk both from work and home.

oi 2 questions from me, are there tons of bots in the game? and how does it affect the game that guilds own zones? atleast thats what i heard, is it like albion where you cant step foot into a zone if you are not part of the zerg?
I don't notice bots really, some people say they do, but I haven't had that issue.
The companies owning zones doesn't really effect you at all, they just get the taxes for things sold in said zones. It'll never prevent you from going into a zone.

A LOT of optimization needed to even play reliably (or to even log in for a lot of players), then and only then should it be considered worth playing. The game is BEUATIFUL to the eye, but will definitely get on your nerves with all the bugs and glitches. The game most certainly has potential, but its basically been a paid beta since original release and the paid expansion that included mounts, etc. should have been included at 'release', typical greedy sneaky cash grab. in my opinion, and that's not bad, if that's what you signed up for, but that's not at all how it was presented.
It's fun with friends other than that it's just people thatve been playing forever ridiculing new players even though their games dead and they need new players

I have a lot of good open world interactions with people though. There are some bad eggs, but a lot of good people too.

@ cheers mate I jumped on it, the game was alright, little bit demanding on the pc, I’m on a mid system. Also the system where you have to pay to buy a mount is terrible lol. TBH it’s not as bad as other mmos for putting things behind paywalls but it is owned by Microsoft and they market the crap out of their games and treat people less than human. I think I’m going to jump into FF14, they are the only mmo that treat their player base like humans

I never did Mythic, but I think so. It's like harder version of the expeditions with unique buffs to the mobs.
Its lovely how u glorify their system while its just cheap copy of TESO :D I would tell you to try out TESO to get amazed by graphic, quests, lack of bugs, servers actualy working and so on ;-)

Yea, I think the token system is fine, so we have something to grind for, and choose what to unlock, but we need way more ways to earn them than just paying with real money or Season Pass.

Love this game, but the pvp sweats and farming bots ruin it (usually the same people using bots too). They sell their coin for real money to scrape by without getting a real job. Every game that’s failed has allowed people like this to erode the game from within.

2700hours my 1st wish for devs would be lower pings, input latency is bad. i got 600mb/s - 100mb/s cable network without wifi shit ofc. and still 60 ping on good time of way, and 120-180 when servers lagging... for opr i hope 725 items nerfs on ther, similar way like under 700gs get buffs... more fair fights... less btw bullshit what all zerg clans doing. and gorgon weapons are overpowered brokens... devs should play 2 weeks 8 hours day opr to see how fucking badly its done... but still i go there for pvp track items and easy gold rewards... what is again broken system in game, just use aoe heals, aoe skills and spam on middle of fights no matter kills or not you get easely 3k score and its max reward ofc win gives more but its not worty of 50min fight nostop when its clear that other team will win anyway...
at least they should implant something bonus for be team best healer or team best tank etc or if get 5k - 10k score then get bonus reward a lot more etc.
Pve is almost good well a lot good but still soooo much what devs need to fix and ffs try them self or make damn public test servers where you can give feedbacks and report bugs before adding new mega broken things into game.

Yea, I am more PVE, so there's not much I can say about the PVP. I live on an island with very average internet, and no servers near me, so I will never get good ping, so I just get used to bad performance.
I do hope OPR get's more love than just a new map this year, would be cool to get some more bonuses like you mentioned for the mode.
