    Hey Mark, I really appreciate these market updates. I'm looking to move out there sometime in the next 6 months so these updates are really helping me stay informed.

    I sold my house in Sacto June 9th. OfferPad gave me $552K. Today they reduced the price for a fourth time it's now at $499.9. Maybe I'll buy it back when the price is at $279K, 😁

    It's not enough when sellers increased their price by 200%.

    Why are sellers freaking out ? Prices have gone up 40% in Sacramento. It’s cheaper to just buy in the Bay Area. Get over it…guys..

    Where should families look in Sacramento if they are looking for neighborhoods with good schools?

    Do you think it’s an ok time to buy new construction in Folsom Ranch or West Roseville now? Are the incentives and buy downs strong right now? Or wait a few more months?

    • @SacramentoRealEstate
      @SacramentoRealEstate  2 года назад +2

      Folsom and Roseville have always been very strong markets. ie People outside of Sacramento know those areas… Most of my Bay Area buyers know Folsom which means there’s more demand based on outside interest. Incentives and even price reductions are there if you keep tabs on the sales managers and let them know you’re ready to go if something amazing pops up. Right now I’m working with a client in Roseville and we are in negotiations in the neighborhood of $55,000… This does not include any lender incentives.

      @@SacramentoRealEstate would you say Folsom has nicer homes than Sacramento because I am really not liking the homes here, they’re mostly old, new builds are cheaply made and always have some weird issue…Im trying to find a place near my bf, his house is way too small for me and yeah I just cannot do this Sacramento thing. But you mention Folsom if the homes are better their PLEASE let me know because if I see another place with carpet I’m gonna lose my freaking mind

      @@nicolette1598 if you’re going for new homes, look towards Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers or Tim Lewis. El Dorado Hills specifically Serano has some really amazing homes. Also look on the street called Serpa in Folsom for some amazing homes. Or just give my team a call and we can take you on a tour of some pretty amazing homes. Just need to know your specifics and your price tag.

    Hey Mark any price reductions on new builds in Anatolia like primer homes, Richmond american etc or incentives like a better interest rate thanks

      I’ve seen reductions on standing inventory. They need to get rid of these homes before they build any new ones so they can work with you.
