Loved the video! I finished Link to the Past a couple days ago and started with Link's Awakening. I noticed the battery life difference almost immediately and even thought there was sth wrong with my switch lite, but no! It checks out just fine, the game is really just a lot more demanding in comparison, of course. I was also surprised by Breath of the Wild results, I thought it would be the worst (battery wise).
I'm hoping to buy a Switch Lite over the holidays this year, I've watched like 3 of Your videos now because they've really helped me gauge the battery usage of the games I wanna play
this is very interesting but age of calamity never lasts that long while actually playing since the fights push the switch to limit. i never played it for more than 3 hours so far. Age of calamity turns the switch into a hand warmer lol
So in Total I think for Hyrule warriors age of calimmity for V1 of the switch is about 3 hours or 3 and a half for battery life for V1 now for the second probably 4 and a half to five hours of playtime idk thats my thinking
Wanted to buy a switch lite as a budget portable console for long journeys, but as the console has the worst battery life of all currently sold consoles, I am steering towards the regular switch. I don’t want to break the budget because a new Nintendo console is probably going to release in the next 2-3 years. Should I buy the lite or just the regular switch?
I think switch LITE at this point it good enough IF you will only play portable. Battery of 3-4 hours is good enough for a gaming console. Steam deck gets only 1-2 hours.
@@OpenSurprise thanks for the feedback! Would it be better if I buy the switch Mario odessey bundle instead, or Is it not worth it this far into the consoles lifecycle?
Same test on Big Switch ruclips.net/video/pC0QEVdvXVw/видео.html
"All four of these games take place in Hyrule"
Who's gonna tell him?
Links awakening realizing it successfully infiltrated “Hyrule”: Oh yeah, it’s all coming together.
Lmao
I read this comment as he was saying it 😂

Noice. Breath Of the Wild still looks epic though.

I dont know how Many times i dreamed playing botw in switch lite. its hard for me who live in Brazil, things here are expensive.
Yes I really want to know the battery life of all of the Zelda games on switch
I really like these videos you make comparing devices and there battery life thanks
fun fact : switch lite' battery life longer than v1
Ok I fully expected a link to the past to win but I thought botw was gonna lose
Links awakening did worse because it runs at 60fps. While BoTW has more taxing graphics, it only runs at 30fps.
@@joshuawhite7239 yea that makes more sense
Awesome video as always!
Oh yeah remember I commented on among us for Hyrule warriors age of calimmity well here it is now

at least he wont need to use tape for his newer reviews
nice battery test! but can you do among us or new super mario bros u deluxe battery test?
Among us - No
@@samthomas6756 no
That's actually impressive to me that the switch lite at medium settings can handle BOTW for 4 hours and 11 mins
Nice!
Im not sure if im right but ALTTP survived more cus its just an emulation that doesnt require that much power of the console
Is good play to Breath of The Wild in a small screen?
Why only with Nintendo Switch Lite? The Majority of people have the first Switch 🤷🏻♂️
That's coming, doing it now.
@@OpenSurprise v2 please
@@kenk5269 yeah v2 because I have that type
And v1

Not buying oled unless a bundle with a game comes out for the same price as I would not have enough money to buy a game as well

I am worried that the bezels on the regular switch will become annoying due to their size?
@@OpenSurprise is the smaller screen size of the lite noticeable?
