While related to the Aranara quests, there is a side thing where there are Aranara scattered around the Sumeru regions. You go to them, and either fight off enemies, do a little mini game with them or just heal them with Dendro, and then you can unlock chests in a spot underground near the Arana village. There are a lot of chests there, including a Luxurious you can unlock once you found all the Aranara. You dont need to have completed the whole quest for it, only to have gotten the notebook to be able to see the pictures, and unlocked the pictures via one of the letterboxes in the Aranara village. Those unlock the spot with the chests. Not to mention, while one picture leads you to the location with all the chests, all the other pictures will just straight up give you chests for finding them.
I know I’m late but here is a 5 days quest (if I remember well) that helped me get some extra prioms: Basically you talk to granny komaki in sangonomiya island and she’ll give you a fortune reading every day for 5 days (still not sure if it was more days or less) and every day you go to the location she gives you and follow a seelie to obtain chests and gain the electro stuffs that helps upgrading the sakura tree as well , hope this helps and good luck reaching that 100k primos!
Honestly there's so much primogems you can get just from exploration. I managed to "clutch" Nahida in a week just exploring Inazuma (about 50 wishes worth of primos) and I don't even have Inazuma at 40% yet. And Sumeru is still at 20% I got all the characters I want now tho so I'll chill exploration (without the interactive map and guides)
I highly recommend sumeru new areas since I'm saving for eula I managed to get 25 pulls from events and sumeru areas world quests such as aranara and the new desert area provide a significant amount of primogems hope you get them all peace! 😊 Ops forgot to mention that you can also get some primogems from the new hangout quests and unlocking new area way points and domains
Furniture sets in the Serenitea pot are also a surprisingly good way to earn primos If you have most, or all the characters in one set then you'll get like 80-100+ primos easily just from making a single set.
I often explore, and when the new area in the desert came out, I got more primos from that than dailies from this month. This is a feature on HoYoLAB btw. It tells you how you got most of your primos by percentage.

Although now is practically impossible for you to reach 100k primos before 150k subs, i recommend you to explore...like..A LOT. I am saving for baizhu and in 2 versions i made like 100+ pulls (so a lot of primos) just with exploration of the whole map (oculis, world quests while exploring, chests etc).

You do realize it takes 179,200 primos to get a c6 character if you get all of them at 80 pity lose all 50/50’s or 89,600 by winning every 50/50 i really don’t like exploring like the things is i rush without any knowledge of the map whenever it’s released and then i just don’t feel like going to the interactive map and exploring everything including the part I’ve alr explored
you should save it for focalors! c6r5ing an archon would be far better for your account than most characters. idk if your viewers would have patience to wait until 4.0 though

Im like 6 dendroculi from getting level 9 statue, or is it 10? Idk, i think theres another locked behind tree in vanarana as well unless theres a whole other level of the statue to go that idk about. I cant make the dendroculi resonace stones yet because im still trying to find the last few for liyue. Which is kind of weekly locked too since resonance stones are like two reputation rewards from completion, which means weekly bounties and requests.

a nice way to get lots of primos is to try farming and do all the offerings
(frostbearing tree,sacred sakura,lumenstone adjuvant,etc.)
The amount of untapped primos I was too lazy to grind via world quests and other stuff is just now starting to sink in...

Try doing achievements, some are straight forward like defeating mikas boss by swirling the anemo orbs with hydro,electro,pyro and cryo in one fight.
