I worked at a datacenter for aws. Intel was the main CPU we would use. some severs need 2. Intel is severely undervalued. Its books look bad because of their investments, which is going to pay off in the end. They're a mix of NVidia and tsmc. When i look at the market i don't see why intel isn't $100 a share like amd and nvidia etc. I do think in 10 years time they'll be there. and if China invades twain they definably be there
Its not $100 a share cause the financials suck ass lmao. I do think Intel could turn it around in 10 years but is it worth it to wait that long? Only time will tell but I agree regarding the Taiwan China portion you mentioned.
Hey JP, if I can be a bit critical about this video. I honestly have this problem with a lot of videos that just briefly look at fundamentals and make conclusions. I often sit there with the question “why?” Why is their Cashflow negative? Is it increased spending? Decreased earnings? What are they actually doing with their money. What is actually going on with the busisness? What are their plans? You talk about manufacturing are they betting huge on that? Are they betting on the reshoring trend? I feel like this analysis is not “in-depth” enough to make any decision as to whether you should or shouldn’t invest in this company, all though I believe you might be right.
@@ToTheNines87368 Hey no worries at all I completely understand what you’re saying! I do agree with researching into the why’s of a company and “why is XYZ happening?” I’d love to do that but I’ve found the more in depth I go into a company the worse the videos tend to do because it gets too in the weeds for an average viewer who doesn’t understand certain basic financial concepts which is why I try to keep it pretty high level. And also I think if someone is interested in a company after watching my video then they can do that research themselves. The main reason Intel’s doing worse is due to their operating cash flow decreasing and their capex increasing on the free cash flow side of things, its to the point where they’re trying to cut costs as much as possible which is why they suspended the dividend. Again I completely agree with diving into why certain things are happening within a company but also view these videos as more of a high level overview and to give my opinion on them then after watching that video the viewer can do a deeper dive if they’d like. Let me know if there is anything you think I should add that might not get too confusing for someone and I’m open! www.marketwatch.com/amp/story/intels-worst-stock-drop-in-decades-may-have-been-steeper-if-not-for-this-factor-1d9f8ad7
@@JP_Dividends yeah, I get it :) I’m just worried someone might dismiss an opportunity out of hand, by just going simply going of really bad fundamental metrics, that could or could not be misleading. I don’t think that’s the case here, I would have to go over it myself and listen to conference calls to figure out what management is thinking. Regardless, I love your channel and it keeps motivated and on track and also provides the occasional new idea ❤️👍🏻 thanks for the thoughtful response.
They postponed necessary investments in new production facilities for a long time, then had to cash everything at once and now have to make it until that is ready and running. Basically they are in the position now that AMD was in after their high in 2006. They might go even lower still (exactly like AMD back then) and then sideways for a while (like AMD), but the bounce back might be as explosive as AMDs finally was. Personally I don't think it will take as long as it took AMD and I've bought a couple shares in this dip, because with AMD I played it wrong back then... (bought in 2007 and gave up in 2015...). But maybe I'm just betting on a personal redemption fantasy here, who knows.
The reason why amd had a fighting chance was because intel was slacking off. They were at the top of their world and felt invincible. They had grown too comfortable in their comfort zone and refused to take on new risks, thereby failing to appreciate the intensity of the mobile revolution. Fast forward today, who's slacking off?? Where is intel's explosive growth going to come from and at whose expense?? NOBODY'S. Because everyone had seen what happens when you slack off, nobody wants to end up as the 2nd intel

correct once the factories go live in 2028 intel will be 100$ a share
@@GhettoMoneyPodcast that’s when they’re starting production? Good to know
Haha great vid JP - seen people talking about buying the dip, seems a lot like trying to catch a falling knife
Thanks! Haha I agree 100% definitely a falling knife, might even be a falling machete.
Their numbers are shaky and they've got a lot of competition thats rockin right now. I'm holding off. Thanks for the review JP!
Agreed 100%! Thanks for the support👍😎
Great Analysis!!! No INTeL for me
Thanks and agreed!

As long as I am still buying Intel PCs, I will hold the stock.
@@Bubba-q2b well good luck, hopefully they turn it around!
Intel runs every computer I’ve ever owned. Hard to imagine the company never making a comeback.

buy the dip

went yolo and going to cash in on the gap close trade, easy money $$$

Sold my stake earlier this year around $31 at a modest gain. It was a terrible performer for me over 5 years. I don't plan on rebuying
Good call getting out of them, long term you will thank yourself. I sold out in 2021 and have been very glad I did
Sold Intel a long time ago and glad I did!!!

Love your video. I’m wondering what’s your DCF model price for NVDA stock?
heard the same story before it went up to $50 a share
And if you held since then you’d be down over 50% and no longer get a dividend. Whats your point?😂
A stock on it's way to $0 is never a good value.
Exactly, well said. I’m sure they can turn it around but probably not worth the wait.
Who expected all of this happens to intel, I dropped the stock ever since apple left them.
@@georgedayoub2893 I know right, good call.
Get rid of the woke ceo

Is Pat Gelsinger woke? Just curious, he seemed like a super Christian conservative guy
