      What kinda oil do you use?

    • @Trip2Saturn
      @Trip2Saturn Год назад +76

      @@TraderZer0 none. I actually use CeraVe Moisturising Cream. This way my face got a really good base moisture. Combined with the slight pressure which reduces the swelling. And somehow it starting to shape my skin to its original shape. The sacking skin around the jawline and the eyes are really getting better … also my Teint is fresher … more blood circulation I guess? Cant explain.
      What I can say it’s working better than anything else I tried so far. Treatments included.

Your video is so relaxing and my skin feels so much better just after 4 days, I'm 79 and not sure if it will have any visible effects on my sagging jowl line but I have hope. The results of this practice vary, as it focuses on de-puffing and draining fluid from your face to give a more sculpted appearance. Some individuals may experience more noticeable results if they naturally have puffiness due to water retention from various health reason. So it might not always be your fault, but Im so so glad you find this helpful. Update me on how it goes! ❤❤

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  Год назад

      What type of stone doesn’t matter in my opinion, as long as they don’t have scratches or bumps on them you are good. It will still give you the same results :) stainless steel is a great option to start with. Broke my first gua sha stone after a few use cause it was a bit slippery.

      Use facials oils that are "non- comedogenic"...... Because most facials oils can clog pores in problematic skin types

    Thank you so much for the video. ❤️ I followed along, step by step and paused the video each time. I found this so informative and helpful. Super to the point and visual. I did a face mask after a shower, put my hair in a curler, applied a face oil and really allowed myself to unwind for my bedtime Sunday routine. 🌙 I feel super relaxed and I have to admit gua sha seems amazing not just for beauty and lymphatic drainage but as a general relaxation technique! Thank you and have a wonderful day/night. 😊
