This is an honest review after watching your tutorials of React and Hooks. I must say that the way you have exaplained the concepts, I don't think so anybody else in youtube have explained that well. Also, the way you have structured this course and the examples you gave has helped a lot to understand the concepts very well. At first I just watched your videos simultaneously practising little bit of it, then I tried to make a simple project using Hooks, and again watched some concepts to understand it better. And trust me now i feel like I have understood most of it and can apply these concepts very well. I can say that a newbie who want to learn react & hooks they must watch your videos first with little bit of practice and I can bet that s/he will be very much comfortable after it. Also, I think that you must teach some advance concepts and some good projects :) . "Thanks a bunch" !

I went through the first and second section of this playlist. I am amazed how easy was for me to learn about React, I even feel more motivated to continue learning than when I started this course. I want to thank Codevolution for explaining so well the concepts with easy examples. Looking forward to complete the third section about React Render.
In regards to the entire React Hooks tutorial - outstanding. It was clear and simple to follow along, your examples were perfect in forming a solid understanding. I have already used hooks for a while at work but still learned a lot from this video. Only spent 1 day watching through the entire list, practiced a little bit and read some docs/posts/video comments along the way. Although there are a few places not explained accurately and examples not written properly (especially those not using callback pattern for useState), I feel this definitely has saved a lot of my time, with the experience and knowledge I already built up previously, now I feel I should have understood pretty much everything about hooks. Thanks a lot!

You are awesome. As I was watching the custom hooks tutorial I thought that in many of the cases you could have returned jsx from the customhook and just rendered it in the caller component. This means you don't have to implement even the jsx functionality on the caller component also, just render the jsx variable returned by the custom hook. Thanks for all the video Vishwas

What I liked about this series is that, it is a mix of the traditional classroom approach by using slides to give an introduction followed by the practical implementation. Also unlike other tutorials, the pace of the tutorial is medium, which helps for the concepts to sink in. This series is extremely useful if you are an absolute beginner. Also useful if you have a high level view of the topic but want to grasp the concepts. Thx again Sir !!!

Hey dude how long will it take to learn react and make a project. I know this is very random and stupid but still if you could help me. I want to make a project and also want to continuously sharpen my dsa skills. I m almost in 3rd year and i could sense how i wasted my entire time before. I have good knowledge of JavaScript,html,css.

If you have good javascript fundamentals it wont take you a long time to learn react. especially if you learn by doing small projects first. try making the react projects in freecodecamp. About DSA skills, its just a lot of practice and learning through solving. geeksforgeeks and leetcode are really good sources i can recommend. I know the realisation you get in 3rd/4th year lol. But don't worry 6-7 months is enough time to get fairly good at it if you practice on the regular. especially if you're in lockdown at home where you dont have to worry about anything else. Have fun learning things along the way and don't overthink about lost time. Best of luck! :)
