Thanks Ben for the amazing video, we are always facing issues with Meta with their changes specially with the special categories campaign such as real estate lead we have to select housing, the only option we have is the interests and we cannot choose the right audiences that have the ability to buy a house their campaigns became worthless lately.
literally on my ad account:Advantage detailed targeting... Bla-bla-bla... It’s automatically enabled because it’s proven to improve performance for this campaign objective.
Hey Ben, Is the age range still important? Im asking especially for the clothing brands. Because Meta AI is very smart these days. My clients was really sure about their audience's age range when we started than I tried ASC+ campaign and I realized we get great results and purchases from an age range that we did not target in the beginning. So then I changed my other campaigns age range more broader such as 18-65+ to let Meta distribute my budget and also broader audiences has decrease the CPM. What do you think about it? Your ideas is very important for me
Thanks for the update, but there's two things I am biased in this video, especially after spending millions on lead gen ads... 1. you cannot get a refund for this, I've tried multiple times from dozens of different client accounts, including mine; I would be glad to be proven wrong with your method of doing so 2. as for the best way to not reach those regions, adding exclusions is better, as even if you unselect "reach people beyond", it'll still target people who passed by that region (travelers)
I specifically selected rich neighbors, selected interests, and behaviors of rich people. Yet, Meta keeps bringing me poor people from outside those neighborhoods. I´m using original targeting audience, but still garvantage+ (yes, garbage + advantge) can´t be disable. What should I do?
I don't think FB is making any mistake. If you don't exclude areas like India and Indonesia they will send 80% of yoir clicks from those area and happily charge you knowing that they won't convert. Had this happen so many times. They just know mist people won't notice.
I exactly did this my current campaign.. My main target was in USA . I see South asian people also come to my website then i made new adset where i excluded all the unwanted Nations... But now the CPC is getting higher 😅
Hi Ben, great video thank you. When you notice this happening on an ad do you make the tweaks to the ad that's already running or do you end that one and create a new one and include the tweaks on the new one? After watching your video I just checked my results on an engagement campaign and 20% of my impressions are from men aged 55-64 and a further 30% are men over 65. These are not my market at all 🙈
Ben, you rock! On the "Breakdown" I cannot get detailed city reporting where my ads show. Is this possible or is it only "Regions"? Many of us advertise to small cities and I've recently received feedback from a client that their ads were showing elsewhere. Thank you!
@@BenHeath I have one doubt. Does facebook intentionally *show our ad to low value customers* when they see that we are getting good results? I mean i'm into logo design and every time i create a new campaign i get good results but *the results seem to drop after a couple of days* and the cost per results increases to 3x & 4x. The weird thing is that when i *duplicate the same campaign without changing anything i get good results in the initial one or two days* and the same story after that! What am i doing wrong here? Is this a normal process? Since i don't have money to afford this behavior from facebook i always pause or delete the under performing campaign after duplicating it. Can you help me on this @BenHeath? Btw, i always do lead ads or messages that direct to whatsapp. It's happening for both

Ben since meta removed the original targeting… how do you suggest we do Omni presence campaigns now? Before you said to target a specific niche to reach the same people daily
So most ad accounts still can revert to original audience targeting. If you can't then I would proceed with Advantage+ Audience and the nature of that campaign and the low budget means that your ads will be shown to the same people again and again for the most part.
I target the female audience and advertise on Facebook. But still 15-20% boy audience comes to my ad. What is the reason for this? How can I prevent it?
It's because you're using Facebook's advantage setting for your audaince so it's showing to men to help improve the ad. You should set everything up to be manually placed and created.
If I know where my competitor is advertising, and I'm selling the same product with a new Facebook account, should I attempt to sell in one country or multiple countries? What are the best strategies for a new Facebook account?
You can go either way on that. The newness of the ad account is not a consideration for me when deciding whether or not to advertise to multiple markets.
Can I target a specific location for Advantage Shopping Campaign? If yes, how? If no, can I use it for my burger restaurant operating at a specific location or is it just for something like e-commerce? Thanks in advance!
With the location exclusion feature, it is possible to exclude those who have recently arrived at the target location but are currently in another location.
hm they arrived at point A but they are at point B, am I reading this correctly ? I have the feeling that you are saying that people who just arrived at point A after being at point B. That could exclude people coming back from holiday, not sure if that's relevant but it seems that what you are saying is very interesting, can you elaborate please ?

I noticed Facebook said my ad was below average (quality ranking), above average (engagement ranking) above average (conversion ranking. Not sure why the quality is low when I have above average engagement and conversion. Any advice would be extremely appreciated. Thanks again!

Testing multiple ad creatives is key; a winning variation can drastically lower your cost per lead by resonating better with your audience.
To keep testing creatives must cost a lot though?
Thank you! half of my ads are shown to 65+ and man, even if my target audience is woman 25-45. I really appreciate this video.
