I love this song!! Never knew this band--a shame! They were great! It does sound like the 80's!!
Well I was reading about this song, and it was written just after their friend died in the late 80's. And you're right, this is a great song.
I definitely agree with Urvy 1A. Today's mainstream music has no passion like that of the 80's and even as far back as the psychedelic rock era of the 60's respectively. I however, remain a diehard faithful 80's follower.
Acarabbal has truly found the power of the night with this and all the other great song choices...it's super cool to enjoy this same power right here tonight...

Listening to these titles makes me wonder why the 80's and to some extent 90's AOR/Melodic Rock bands were replaced afterwards by rubbish heartless bands producing titles I cannot feel nor understand. Thanks for posting, Alex

It's 12 years later from this comment and Friday the 13th is STILL tied up in litigation and copyright ownership hell with no new films since the 2009 reboot =(

Even though the cd is like 2000 they are partly an 80's band cuz their biggest song is in Friday The 13th part 8 which is an 89 movie awesome song and movie by the way, dont know why it took them 11 years or more to make a cd their stuff is awesome.

O auge foi nos anos 80 até 94 aproximadamente. Até no Brasil também, varios discos de novelas tinham baladas das bandas de rock.
