I think the funniest thing about the pink lagoona drama is that she wasn't even blue in g1&g2😭 girl was greyyy

She was blue, she was a very light blue, we litrealy have ghoulia who was actually grey and the two looks nothing alike
Her dolls look like a bluish grey her skin looks more bluish in the animations but I think I'm colour blind.
i think it's great that you can let your opinions and feelings change and don't feel obligated to stick to something just because you said it before. even with silly stuff like MH some people struggle with that. it was really funny seeing your thoughts as everything was happening, and how much has changed since then. i'm so in love with G3 and can't wait to see how it continues, especially looking forward to more Clankie moments! ❤

i remember when it first was revealed i was gagged, (and not in a good way), but once i got the wave1 dolls i absolutely fell in love with them. especially after i customized them LOL
When Monster High G1 happened I really didn´t care about it, but the queer representation in G3 got me hooked. Right now it's my favorite doll line. I know the fashions aren´t as detailed as Rainbow High, for instance, but the pieces and designs are so much fun.

I think a big reason why Lagoona felt off is also her hair. On the stock photos and the art and animation you can barely see that she's blonde. Tbh even the doll itself is not that blonde, cause there's like an equal amount of blue and pink with it. I do like the new Lagoona more, but it still doesn't feel like quite the same character. The fact that in the other lines they gave her more blonde hair and also more blue on her clothes makes it feel less like that though, which is another factor why our feelings feel different now imo.
i hatedd g3 at first i swore i would never like it. now i kinda like it more than g1 bshdhsh. i just had the same opinions as like everyone else “where is the FASHION🤬” “why is clawdeen a NERD” “her name is literally lagoona BLUE why is she PINK!”

I remember I said #notmylagoona last year too and now Lagoona is my favorite g3 character in the show AND the live action and I love all her dolls 😭😭 honestly I like her more than g1 Lagoona but I think it’s more the personality and character development I like more in g3 (Lagoona’s character was always kind of misused in g1…) and the design of g1 Lagoona I prefer. My only real gripe with pink Lagoona is that she only has blue on her legs and it doesn’t match her arms with are solid pink, I really miss the blue arm fins and the webbed fingers (rip) the blue legs don’t really match the rest of her design but she’s still everything to me
i do wish she had webbed fingers and her arm finds to be blue aswell
@@plastic_heartzz i'm still hoping we at least get a collector G3 Lagoona with webbed hands or something 😭 since i know for playline she needs to be able to hold all the items and stuff but maybe they could justify it for a collector release
I love g3 lagoona specifically for her leg ombre when the leaks first showed up i loved her
I understand getting used to new iteration was a painful process, especially after G2 messing there faces and clothes, but the body diversity and unique body molds was an amazing idea, especially the guys aren't skinny anymore.

I'm still a g3 hater (do not hate me, its my opinion 🤣) so its hilarious seeing your old tweets. I really wonder once g3 gets discontinued since all doll lines do, will we look at g3 as positively as people do now? And what will g4 possibly look like?
Cleuce otp endgame 4ever but only in g1, g3 should be all abt Clankie. I love that they are different couples in different universes and they can coexist in the 2 realities. Love Cleo and Deuce, they are perfect for each other in g1, but I also adore the growing relationship between Cleo and Frankie in g3, they are also perfect for each other.
I still think Cleuce is adorable. Clankie, how you thought of it at first is exactly how I thought of it. It kinda feels like a random pairing. NGL I do not feel the chemistry..I personally still do not like it but that is just my opinion. :)
About Lagoona. I still think blue Lagoona is superior, but pink Lagoona really grew on me. G3 Lagoona and G1 Lagoona can be two completely different characters.
I feel like ppl have an issue with bashing on m/f couples because their “boring” n hmm on one hand i get it but on the other its just annoying
Cleuce is still a good couple n is still cute - g3 cleo is anyways bi/pan not a lesbian so you can ship her with either Frankie or deuce you dont have to degrade cleuce just cus its m/f or “old”

When g3 first came out I didn’t like that Frankie was non-binary I thought She/they fit them better but now I love them in all their They/Themnis

I was a huge hater of G3 especially Lagoona cause that was my ghoul ALWAYS I’ve gotten used to her I have all her dolls but I’m still gonna criticize her the hardest cause it’s my ghoul. There’s room for improvement leg paint chipping is unexceptional like they finally made secure fins on her and still don’t feel comfortable doing much with her cause leg paint could chip and she needs webbed hands mold and after I seen her prototype and she had webbed hands I was like wtf! So I’m hoping her refresh doll with have a new hand mold other then that just give her iconic clothing I mean she’s well liked so Mattel give her some budget her own hand mold and good sealant is like minimum to ask for. I can enjoy both gens I don’t agree with no Cleo in Deuce in G1 some ppl still just like G1 and that’s ok I can now separate the 2 there’s definitely New collectors only like g3. I kinda wish I only like one for the sole reason is wow it’s getting expensive and I can’t keep up cause both gens are putting out dolls for me personally are a must have and I’m overwhelmed. I think Mattel should be critiqued how we get change like refresh Draculaura & Clawdeen I can’t wait for! And that Clawdeen has saran I skipped most of her dolls cept ones WITH saran. Course I bought her core on sale to keep in box and like right after there was news they redid it in saran 🤦♀️ but it’s fine she’s staying in her plastic prison but I am opening her core refresh. I’m really hopeful in the direction I see G3 going. I think everyone need to come on to their own conclusions it’s ok to like only one Gen or both as I feel a lot of do. I just hate ones now defend one tooth and nail and put down the ppl who like the other. G1 fans definitely been guilty of this but ALSO G3 are equally guilty. Ppl can have opinions and not like what others like it’s ok breath.
I still don’t like g3. companies need to move on and make new shows, instead of milking the old ones. I still respect your opinion though, g3 just isn’t for me.
