This is just the two main members of Heart, the Wilson sisters- with a whole slew of super talented musicians and singers (as is always the case with the KCH's). Even though they very clearly announce in the beginning, "A & N Wilson FROM Heart", I think many people think this is actually the whole band playing.

They did, and today thousands of cars and trucks cross those bridges every day.
