Hi Jim, I am a mandamus client of yours. With your help, after 10 months, I had a second interview today for my employment based IV. This took 2 hours. The officer was very nice but extremely thorough. She even game me wrong answers to questions to see if I agreed or disagreed. Is this normal? I have to submit a few more documents for the final decision.

My interview was like this too and it was tooooo personal questions because officer thought that my husband and I got married because my husband is on removal processing. But in FACT we married 1 years before and we filed I 130 5 months before he got removal processing notice.
Officer interviewed me for 2.5 hrs and 45 mins for my husband. 2 or 3 answers of us didn’t match. The interview was on 7th April 2021. We still waiting for their decision. Wondering how long we have to wait? 🤔

I been waiting for a decision after my interview since 2019 the officer she told me that they will take a decision in 2weeks or a month from then I never hear nothing and every service request My Laywer did never receive any answer, my interview was in Norfolk Virginia I contacted the congressman and the senator, and no change happened what should I do I’m very frustrated I been married since 5 years now me and my wife we live together, we are very frustrated we need help.

I went to stokes interview with my wife at uscis nyc office yesterday the April 1 2021 my lawyer gave me a letter to give it the immigration officer and the letter says the officer should call them on the to represent me and my wife but but time the officer is ready to start the interview she called the number many times the lawyer didn’t answer but the officer said she can give us another date but my wife said she start the interview at the end of the interview we get 3 questions wrong but the officer told us that we should go home and we gonna received their decision in the mail I was wondering is that how some lawyers do🤦♂️

Thank you sir but some of the immigration lawyers are very bad I went to stoke interview yesterday with my wife my lawyer told me that they can’t go to the interview with me so they gave me and my wife letter to give it to the immigration officer so they can call them on phone the interview is ready when the officer is ready to start the interview they called the lawyers number nobody answer I was like what’s going on but my wife is the us citizen so she told the officer to start the interview she can answer everything the officer did after the interview we missed 3 questions with different answers but the officer said we should wait for their decision in the mail🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
