Should I prepare for a combo interview even though the notification says i751 ?

This information is good to know. My husband just got his receipt from the government saying they're going to use his previous biometric fingerprints, so he does not have to get more done. We've waited 10 months since mailing his adjustment of status form for the aforementioned receipt. We are wondering how long processing will take before we find out any further information. Do all applicants and spouses get the fraud interview? We aren't worried, but we do want to be prepared.
@@SanDiegoImmigrationlawyer we just got his receipt from USCIS saying that they're going to do his biometrics using his previous prints...and the $85 processing fee will not be refunded. They said they are processing his application for the 10 year green card. We kept checking online & we haven't had any updates. We were told they are backlogged.

Hello and thank you so much for this video. However this our situation... Our first interview went very smoothly but was still invited for a second one. In the second interview we were separated and my husband forgot most of our activities when asked so this made our answers to her questions different. Where does this leave us? When our lawyer asked the immigration officer if we will be getting her response within 120days she said she doesn’t know or it may take longer. Does this mean that our case might be sent to investigations and our home could be visited? And if they do visit what should we be expecting?
Sanket Jadhav no as long as u can proof the marriage is bonafide.i have age difference with my husband but i prove them that our marriage is by good faith not for a greencard reason.they will just ask too much questions but nothing to be worry if u dont hide anythingn

Hello Ellen. 10 months is too long. Have you called USCIS or gotten info pass? If not, then you should. All applicants get interview.

That is too bad Ellen. At least you will not file for removal of conditions in 2 years. You will need to be patient.

It may be sent off further review. After that it may get an intent to deny. Once you reply you’ll get the final interview
