In my experience here, time is money, so the faster you do the job, the better. Most of the customers want simple, clean, well documented (what I mean everything during that day has recorded) and reasonable price.
So, visual creativity suffers here, so want we do, we think creativity in terms of how we make things done a fast turn around and easy, and do want most of the customer already wants. Time here is the issue, and time needs money, but I agree this will give a good impression of the audience.
