I started to go to PF and have been there 3 times. Every time I go I feel odd. Just out of place. Not that I care if someone is looking at me, I just feel dumb. Im just trying to lose weight, but looking at every machine first is odd. I just dont like public places in general anymore as I am an introvert

I'm going with a friend, and he is making me do my workouts beyond my limits 😢.. As a first timer, it is making me less confident sometimes.
Do your own exercises separately from ur friend.
I don’t have to go to a gym to feel uncomfortable.
