Dying Light 2 Hoverboard location and how to bypass steps

- This is a tips video for @DyingLightGameOfficial 2 on how to find the hoverboard location and bypass some of the standard steps for getting there. With these tips you'll find it more quickly and you won't need to find all the different hoverboards.
The starting point is at a church on Saint Paul Island on the second part of the map. You need to go to the Church of Saint Thomas the Apostle. Inside the church is a power box, it's ESSENTIAL that you connect this power cable to another box at the top of the church in order to activate a radio. Listen to that radio and the hoverboard will appear.
You then need to go to a bridge on Muddy Grounds and you'll find the second to last hoverboard there. Head straight down the road (away from where you started) to a location with three red buildings. There you'll find the car, open the boot (trunk) and inside is the hoverboard.

For some reason when I open the trunk and start the race, after I fall to the start I just land on my feet I don’t have the hover board I’m just walking around

I also had a "please wait", though it was my second go round.. Just go directly to the blue car and it'll be there.
I will add that it seems patched for the ps5. I have tried multiple times, multiple ways, and I cannot retain the board :(

I really hate that the survivor sense is R3 in the PS controller .
It annoys me too...especially when you're using a bow. If you have the combat perk for zoomed aim unlocked while using a bow, you can't use the survival sense at all because R3 is to activate the zoom. So you need to switch weapons whenever you want to use survival sense. Clunky control choice to me.
@@nareh1113 I know I’m 9 months late to your comment but I had this same problem on Xbox and just hold it instead of tapping and it does the survivor sense👍🏽
@@nareh1113When you have the bow equipped to use the sense you need to hold the R3 button, but yes it is clunky.

I really just went through this glitchy trial and I don't get the hoverboard.
Once the timer starts leave the game and join back it should be in your inventory
That's such bs you don't get to keep it i just did this and it's nowhere in my inv.

Ii was in this area a while back, I went back to see but the hoverboard was bot there. Maybe I got it right? I wasn't 100% sure. So I went to the bridge and I did not see the 2nd... do I need the 1st to unlock the footprints? Did I mess up somewhere and now unable to get the board? :(
you have to do them in order, if its still not there ur game is probably bugged
