이번시간은 아파트 청약시 가점제에 대해 알아보고 가점이 높다면 당첨확률을 더 높일 수 있는 꿀팁에 대해서 무료로 공개할께요~
민영주택 일반공급 1순위는 가점제와 추첨제로 당첨자를 정해요.
청약하려는 집이 규제 지역에 있다면 무주택자는 가점제로, 1주택자는 추첨제로만 청약할 수 있어요.
가점제 청약 도전자는 청약홈 홈페이지에서 자신의 점수를 확인할 수 있어요.
청약 점수가 높다면, 가점제 도전!
민영주택 일반공급 1순위는 점수가 높은 순서대로 당첨자를 뽑는 ‘가점제’와 무작위로 뽑는 ‘추첨제’로 정해져요.
보통 가점제로 입주자를 우선 정하고, 가점제에서 떨어진 사람과 처음부터 추첨제로 청약한 사람을 모아서 무작위로 입주자를 뽑는데요. 청약 가점 만점은 84점이에요.
만약 청약홈에서 확인해 보니 본인의 청약 점수가 높은 편이라면, 가점제 물량 비율이 높은 청약에 도전하는 게 좋아요.
가점제와 추첨제 물량 비율은 아파트가 들어서는 지역과 전용면적에 따라 달라지니, 아래 표를 확인해 미리 체크해 봐요.
