Fiona, I tried a few of your recipes and have been absolutely happy about the results. This one however did not come through. The batter was not as moist as you showed, I had to add almost half a cup to of milk to make it to the consistency that you showed. Hope this is a one time fluke since I have been pretty biased with your recipes😍

Hi Celia. Yes, you can do manually by using fingers and knead until the butter combined or crumbly like with the other ingredients. You don't really need a food processor actually ☺️

Yes sure. I don't know how concentrate is your cinnamon in the sugar, but you can judge it yourself. You can replace normal sugar with the cinnamon sugar amount you're adding
