Megan, I listened to this video the day you released it in the afternoon here in California. I was out of work for more than 3 weeks, stressed, and struggling to make ends meet, already thinking of other options. I think closing of the eyes are good. You're literally embracing the full energy being given. Just like when you close your eyes to that one strong burst of wind that blows across your face and body. Or when you close your eyes to feel the warmth of the morning sun. Full embrace.
