@@MrChrisromero3 I really liked it. It was my first Opus. Im not sure how I would describe it taste wise (im not very good at picking out flavour notes), but it was very smooth and had a lot of character. Definetly a nice black peppar note at the start to get your attention but it quickly faded away. What remained through out the cigar was the Superb tobacco quality and I never got bored of it. Highly recommend 👍hope you can get your hands on some 🙌
Gents, when trying to figure out what you are tasting, while you are smelling ( nosing) the spirit, may i recommend that instead of putting your nose deep into the glass, and breathing in the nose. try holding the glass below your nose, and breathing in from your mouth. you will coax out the subtle flavours of the spirit!
Nice! I was going to say the same thing. The only thing I would add is, when you breathe, pull through your nose and into your mouth. But keep your mouth open. You'll look stupid AF, but the notes you'll pull are amazing!
You guys are the best!!!! Every day after work I seat down outside n my Yard @ my smoking area I have a beautiful water fall and a fire place after a long day watching this 2 talking and smoking cigars while I smoke my cigar and pairing with spirits.... man there s no feeling like it
When I go Padron , I am a 1926 and Family Reserve smoker but still enjoy seeing my boys rate any and all cigars . I have a box of La Aroma De Cuba Noblesse in the humidor because of Fauch's recommendation. Gonna let them age a year or so . Thanks Guys !!
Gentlemen,I want to thank you for the review of the Dámaso. A while ago I requested of Mazz to specifically review this Padron’. As always, your vid was filled with great content and insight. Best, Stuart Loyal follower from NYC Thank you to you
A tremendously underrated cigar. Teasing certain tastes from the cigar has always been challenging- until Sir Anthony- he mentioned Cashews: now I constantly taste salted cashews from the Damaso! I chaise this in other cigars. One of not is the New world Connecticut. ❤
If you haven't tried it yet, I'd like to see a Tequila pairing with Mi Familia Flores Reposado charcoal filter version. For when you want a sweeter tequila. Big fan.
We will be wanting to move to the USA when we are banned from smoking anywhere in the UK 😢 it’s getting dire in the UK - smoke free by 2030 - we will be tapping into the special relationship 😂 - please start supporting cigar smokers in the UK - love your channel
The tobacco taste your getting is probably from the closed space your sitting in.. to be able to swallow you need oxygen at the same time so yeah it’s the air in the room where your getting that tobacco taste in the alcohol
Interesting. Taste is personal, but it is also a very different blend from the typical Padron's you're used to. If you're looking for the taste of a 1964 or 1926, just smoke those blends. But, for people who like complex shade wrapped cigars, we'd say this is a must try. You defiantly can't go into this expecting it to taste like the Padron blends you're used to.
10 pm, dark out, favourite cigar channel on, and enjoying an Opus X Angels Share. Life is not bad right now.
Keep up the awesome work
How is the angel share? I have yet to give that a try. I've been searching the B&M's for some and can't seem to find them.

Not bad at all! Cheers

I paired this amazing cigar with Dos Maderas 5+5 Rum and maaaaaaaan 1 of the best pairing I ever ✔ done
If you guys are up to the challenge try any Ashton with Dos Maderas 5+5 or I highly recommend Dos Maderas seleccion
You’ve got the setup! Sounds like a great pairing might have to give it a try 👀
Gotta have a Padron this weekend. Always been the best first light and overall cigars I’ve ever had.

Cheers Joe!
Always enjoy the pairing you guys come up with.
Loved it, more great content and advice... Always learning. Thank you fellas ....

Thanks for watching Stuart 👊 glad you enjoyed the review
Tried my first Hemingway short story today and dang that was nice! Will be buying more
Great blend, especially when time is of the essence. Glad you enjoyed!
My favorite cigar!!!
Nice review guys! Anything from the Padron line is perfect with tequila, especially an Anejo or a Reposado 😎
Nice review guys. Thanks
Only had the Padron naturals but I’m thinking of going for one of the big boys soon keep hearing they are the king?
10th and 20th Maduro, are you sure you don't mean Perdomo?
The 1964 is a great cigar. But the 1926 was absolutely amazing.
One of my favourite RUclips channels, currently enjoy/catching up on some videos smoking a Bolivar Regentes! 🔥, enjoy everyone!
🙌🏼🔥🔥🙌🏼 Love me a Padrón. Fach! You have a cold or what? Your nose was shining like Rudolf. 😂 Great review guys.
Fishing nose. The sun got him
Good Evening Gentlemen 😊 Lovely Cigars 😋 Great Pairing🥃 Thanks For Sharing 👏🏼 Happy Smoking Moments 🌬💨💨 Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
Mazz has an encyclopedic knowledge of cigars
A tremendously underrated cigar. Teasing certain tastes from the cigar has always been challenging- until Sir Anthony- he mentioned Cashews: now I constantly taste salted cashews from the Damaso! I chaise this in other cigars. One of not is the New world Connecticut. ❤
Had root canal this morning. Now enjoying a good cigar and coffee. Nothing will stop me from my cigar time !
My favorite Connecticut!

Sounds good. Thank you for the suggestion!
I believe Mazz had pancakes 🥞 for breakfast 😂
What would be a good pairing for a strong agave tequila and cigar recommendation?! As always love the content, youz tuz are ok....
Do you know if they source that wrapper, or do they grow it.
I believe it’s sourced from Ecuador.
It is damned good with a latte
💯
Of course I meant the new world Connecticut is one of note
Love this channel but faz always has a facial expression that he just really doesn’t enjoy cigars, looks like a beauty of a cigar that one 👍🏻
😅
Would like to know, if you can only smoke one cigar, what would that Cigar be?
Check out our video "Our Desert Island Cigars" for some top picks from Mazz & Faccia 👊
Padron is so flavorful - Guy Fieri would be jelous
💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Do you all ever smoke a cigar and drink coffee?
All the time. We have a review coming soon where we paired a cigar with coffee. Stay tuned 👀
Drinking cold brew from Starbucks and a Damaso #17 9.18.24
Not a fan of Damaso. To much spice for a CT. Reminds me of the AJ New World CT. Sorry, not a fan of either. Try Ocho Anejo or Resp.

Move to Philadelphia so you can stop by and light up as much as you want 😂

Gents, it's pronounced ah-NYEH-ho.
I'm a lover of Padron, but the Damasco is one of the least favorite cigars of all time. Just giving my experience though!
