My only advice is to either hope that the splitting tryn doesn't have map awareness and collapse on him with your whole team, win your 5v4 teamfights and get something out of it like an objective or turret, or hope he fights you when you are one of those champs that do well against him.

When my friend and I were playing league at the start we tried Kled support with Sona APC. It started as Kled ADC but it was to hard not to kill steal so we switched it up. Sona keeps Kled healthy as he goes ham and Sona get donated a bunch of early kill gold to get her item spikes faster.

one thing i love to do (you need a friend) is to take xerath or vel'koz sup with an assassin adc like diana fizz or zed. play super safe until level 3. The xerath or vel'koz pokes the enemy laners then the assassin collects free kills. The assassin then must roam for early game dominance and tilting.
Bronze theory: Jarvan Support - Build Black cleaver, Zeke’s, and get both a font of life and PTA in the runes - Max Q for the extra armor shred, followed by E to give your ADC more attack speed The whole point is to be a fighter support that cripple’s the enemies defensive stats with armor shred on Q and BC, and PTA, while making sure they can’t escape due to your ult + Zeke’s combo. Does it work? I don’t f****** know, but it sounds fun.

Best part? The W's you can pull off.

There's actually a spanish youtuber called MisrraVB that also uses this strategy, but also uses smite. He is in a LAS account called "jaja llevo smite" he made a couple of videos of Tryndamere mid with smite and he just perma steals everything.
Since you said that it could also be done with other games I would like to suggest you to play the lol game mode in the arcade mode of DOTA 2 with the karp crew since it is basically league of legends but with dota items and map.
Diana AP Carry with hail of blades. Okay, wait, hear me out. For this strat you need engage support. Push for lvl 2 and all-in. You will at least burn heal/flash. Rush nashor's tooth, then build rylai's(enemies are too slippery)/zhonyas (fed enemy jg)/lich bane (most of the times)/rabadon(you are getting turbo fed). Split with your support whole game. Why can this work? In runes you take ravenous hunter and revitalise so you can brawl for extended period of time and support can peel for ur ass. Also you take towers super fast. Pros: - great 2 v 2 - can snowball - pushes super fast - not bad in teamfights Cons: - cant fight from behind in lane

It fells so broken in laning phase, its stupid, you just make enemy bot useles for the rest of the game and let the other lanes cary for them, and your teamfight: cc healing extra dmg and of top of that sup items (or nami, if fed build more dmg, nothing fells beter then oneshoting zed or kha as nami /mejais on fed nami is fucked/), just ban morg and xayah (sivir can only block 1 spell from 5 stuns and roots), nami e and leona pasive gives you dmg to start from lv 3 to all in enemys for flash or kill, or try lv 2 cheese, at 6 buddy its kill or of hes lucky with good flash he can survive, after first kill or 2 if jungle comes just kill him and go away (leona tank and no pussy shit), at 6 with 4 kills on board just 2v3 jungler ganking, simple kite with healing inbetween and youll be fine, only rune you need is after shock on leona and you can flex rest. Nami with asasin runes is dope if bot seems easy (with expierience youll understand when youll smash bot). Have fun and your free lp with 76 % win rate bot. P.s. at start first 3 games youll prob feed but thats ok.
Great bronze strategy is full lethality support sion. You take domination runes primary preferably dark harvest for the meme factor and one shot potential and tank runes second so you don't get poked too hard. Sit in the bushes and just go for full charged Qs or E then Q. You'll almost guarantee a kill every time for your adc. Best part is if you take the kills oh well. Your adc get free farm and you get kills and assists with moneeeyy. Just be careful for Vayne because she kuks you hard and cait can be annoying. Otherwise freelow. Ps I take TP so I can ult down other lanes at 6 for ez ganks and TP back bot.

I actually tried this in Latin American Iron and it worked fucking great.
This gets easier the lower you go, you can skip the phase rush and reju beads for better scaling stuff because you wont be punished as hard
it also only works if you're laner follows the standard picking theory and doesn't lock in caitlyn mid and make you regret pressing the login button

Nami and leona bot, old tiltarella video. I played it a lot and won most games as the hard carys. It fells so broken in laning phase, its stupid, you just make enemy bot useles for the rest of the game and let the other lanes cary for them, and your teamfight: cc healing extra dmg and of top of that sup items (or nami, if fed build more dmg, nothing fells beter then oneshoting zed or kha as nami /mejais on fed nami is fucked/), just ban morg and xayah (sivir can only block 1 spell from 5 stuns and roots), nami e and leona pasive gives you dmg to start from lv 3 to all in enemys for flash or kill, or try lv 2 cheese, at 6 buddy its kill or of hes lucky with good flash he can survive, after first kill or 2 if jungle comes just kill him and go away (leona tank and no pussy shit), at 6 with 4 kills on board just 2v3 jungler ganking, simple kite with healing inbetween and youll be fine, only rune you need is after shock on leona and you can flex rest. Nami with asasin runes is dope if bot seems easy (with expierience youll understand when youll smash bot). Have fun and your free lp with 76 % win rate bot. P.s. at start first 3 games youll prob feed but thats ok.
Great bronze strategy is full lethality support sion. You take domination runes primary preferably dark harvest for the meme factor and one shot potential and tank runes second so you don't get poked too hard. Sit in the bushes and just go for full charged Qs or E then Q. You'll almost guarantee a kill every time for your adc. Best part is if you take the kills oh well. Your adc get free farm and you get kills and assists with moneeeyy. Just be careful for Vayne because she kuks you hard and cait can be annoying. Otherwise freelow. Ps I take TP so I can ult down other lanes at 6 for ez ganks and TP back bot.
