Really like your presentation on communication content, delivery, and timing! So important in teams. As a team leader and Splenic Project with single definition this was extremely helpful! Very clearly explained. Thank you!
Thank you for the message and your patience in getting back to you. So happy to hear that the video was helpful! Wonderful to see another splenic projector out there in a leadership position. If I may ask, what has your experience been as a splenic projector in a leadership, and how has the human design helped you to be a better leader?
Thank you for sharing your experience! Yes, it takes some adjusting, but being asked an open question and then having the space to speak and hear yourself talk is a great way to get clarity (and a way to be seen and recognized).
As a emotional generator I have such a hard time being a generator. I have ADHD as well so it is so hard to make decisions etc. I have a hard time with vulnerability and often showing emotions. I have been let down too many times by parents, friends etc and been disapointed in people and myself for so long. I am done with their bs. Also love your channel and please do some videos on how to be more vulnerable for a person who even has a hard time showing emotions to their own mother
Thank you for sharing!

The idea of asking people to use open questions with me is really intriguing.
More often than not I find it hard to say a straight yes or no…
Thank you for sharing your experience!
