is it just me, i really like how ohtani hits home runs. i.e. style. not sure if elegance or class is the right word. it just looks like how a home run ought to look. the sound, how he swings the bat, how the ball travels, to how he begins to round the bases, etc. if someone that never watches baseball asks me what’s good about it, i would just forward an ohtani homerun clip.

The one thing that makes Ohtani so special as we know is, when he plays both pitcher and batter, he has the ability to give you 6-7+ solid innings, plus a good at bat.
If one is suffering, he can neutralize it by playing well in the other. He is that good. A guy that can stop runs from being scored and at the same time, give himself run support. Who does that? Only Shohei Ohtani. ⚾️ 🧢 🏟
Fun fact: Hitting is just Ohtani's side hobby when he's not pitching.⚾

I thought he looked good in Angels red, too, but he definitely feels like a winner in Dodgers blue. He is better off with a team that consistently wins and has a fairly good chance of advancing through the playoffs.
