- In a dystopian land overrun by demons and darkness, what can you trust? Mere survival? Or something far much more important?
This is a simple yet controversial short story about a pure Light being and his quest to spreading hope to a land that was believed to be hopeless.

- The animator’s review -
At first, I was really, really pumped to make this Christmas special. I mean, I get to share a story that tries to tell the importance of having hope. Hope is a great gift, after all!
However, I am no expert at telling detailed stories, or animating longer videos like these. And I was gradually running out of motivation to continue.
So I consider this project more like an experiment.
The outcome?
I was able to learn how to manage my time with a long-term project, and stick with it until the end, despite my wavering motivation. In turn, I get to give the result to you guys :)
Whether you like the story or not, or just acknowledge the effort, thank you for watching. I hope you got something out of this.

I'm crying this is amazing. It's all about Jesus! He came to this world to help us and give us hope. We sinned and thought we didn't need him but he still loved us. He died for our sins and rose again. He gives us his power to conquer demons and darkness. Zumo I am a Christian too. Keep making art that tells the gospel.

Same here, I was watching this and was like, "I think I know what this is portraying!" It acts like a parable, many people may see it and only think it's a story, but believers will see right through it, and that is amazing!

That was amazing! You managed to create a story that reminds us a lot of the story of the real reason we celebrate Christmas: the real Child of Light. I have hope in Him, and I think your animation can help other people to have that hope too.

This is one of the most amazing, heartwarming, creative, and beautiful things I have ever seen! And, being a Christian myself, it's so obvious to me that it was a remake of Jesus' (The Light Child) dying for us (the three stickmen). I absolutely love your animations and your style. This animation really brings back a lot of memories, it's so hard to try to follow the streaming video.. hhe..
I remember.. when I was still at school in class 2 of secondary education..
and I still remember the plot of this animation... this made me really devastated and cry, that this wasn't just any ordinary animation...
But this animation conveys a very meaningful message..
