I have recently given up trying to stay caught up and decided to sell my whole ass collection... I had every single book at the time and they took up so MUCH SPACE!! There's been so many books I wanted to read but Warriors kept me too busy. Moonkitti says she's for kids/teens, but I feel like her content and analysis of characters to be perfect for adult Warriors fans/ex Warriors readers. Her long and mini talking videos on certain characters or subjects are my favourite.
I know it's not your usual content but I'd definitely watch a video where you talk about your experiences grooming dogs, you've mentioned it a few times and it sounds like an interesting experience :0
tbh I probably would have been a CrookedBlue shipper but back then when I read the book for some reason I thought it wasn't allowed to ship pairings other than the obvious/canon ones lmao

I like Trushpelt ! Honestly , I think Bluefur should have been nicer to him. Of course I'm not saying that Bluefur should have accepted to cat marry him because he was nice , it's just that she never seemed very grateful for him covering up for her when she had kits. It was a very selfless and nice thing to do , and yet I only remember her being cold toward him. A "Thank you Thrushpelt" would not have killed her

Little Daisy from Thunder would be a cute character to draw. She is in like maybe 2 chapters in Thunder but I love her and I love how she babysits Frostpaw every though she is younger and I want to see her everywhere. I love her and I want a plushie of this very miner character that we will probably never see again. I imagine her as a very dark brown or black she-cat with a little yellow and white spot on the center of her forehead that looks like a daisy flower.
Will forever and always agree that Crookedjaw and Bluefur should have been a thing instead of his brother. I also have a headcanon that if this was what actually happened, Bluefur could have had a much easier time in the longrun with "losing" her kits. Mosskit probably would have still died, she'd have to deal with Thistleclaw, but once they were Crookedstar and Bluestar, they could have just told the kits who their real parents are. Like, who's going to get mad, StarClan? Both your parents would be leaders already! Even if it's against the code, they'd probably have been stoked to learn they got double royal parentage essentially. Regardless of who got with Bluefur though, I think Thrushpelt is one of the most casually wholesome characters in the series. He's just a standup dude who would have gladly helped Bluefur out with the kits and took them as his own, if he was given a proper chance at it.
9:57 I completely agree, I don't have much memory of Bluestar's prophecy but I remember thinking that the Oakheart thing came out of nowhere. Whereas Crookedjaw would have made much more sense with the scene at the gathering. Also, I just can not remember Oakheart having any personality.
I'm am odd reverse moonkitti fan, as I didn't know they existed till I was on my 20s, and now I'm almost 30 and I watch more videos compared to when I was in my teens where I was originally the most into warriorcat

Your painting style's looseness makes for a really fun speedpaint! I enjoyed how you handled adding the white marking on his chest; that looked challenging since you didn't have any local color to start with for it, but it looks great!! (*Patreon member covers him up in a shirt* Nooooo, all that work,,,,,,put him back, lol.) I think you did a swell job varying up the gray and brown tones to get enough fur texture for visual interest but kept the shading simple enough that it keeps its charm and appeal too! Thrushpelt has never looked cuter 💖💕 As long as these are fun for you, I hope you do more in the future! I'd definitely watch 'em. ^^

Now that I think about it, your process is so similar to oil painting, you probably already do oil painting... if you do, you should make a video of oil painting a warrior cats character. Maybe pick one you like, like squil or dove... or both

I keep trying to scroll down in my brush settings with my Apple Pencil, and it’s picking it up as me drawing a line (apple pencils have a feature where you can type by drawing letters over a text box) and so all my brushes are called something like “ ||\•::pen” 💀
I'm definitely late to this video.. but I love Thrushpelt because he isn't pushy about his feelings. He's fine with just being friends and you don't see a lot of cats (or people) like that. It was mainly people like Rosetail and Leopardfoot telling her that she should date Thrushpelt, which put a lot of stress on their relationship unfortunately. I hate that Bluefur didn't tell him what happened to her kits.. because he loved them as his own and was a good father. And good fathers are pretty hard to come by in Warriors, even if the kits are biologically theirs. Anyway Thrushpelt is best boy, it's just facts.
The allegiances (for Bluestar’s Prophecy, at least) say he’s sandy grey. Personally, I imagine it a little like desaturated brown, also because that’s the colour of an actual thrush.
