Pipe threading 2 inch rigid steel conduit

My understanding is that you should back it off every so often to remove the chips. I don't see him doing this.

So did you get any special type die teeth to thread this or just a standard alloy set … ? For black gas pipe

I'm no expert, but I believe black pipe can be threaded with the standard set that Home Depot rents. Black pipe and the galvanized pipe like this video are both steel, just with different coatings.
