You can find them in the description of this video👍 It is somewhat competitive but there are plenty of villas out there. Just depends on your budget & what your looking for. Hello! Long term Airbnb does come with advantages, like bills are usually covered and your place might be managed e.g. cleaning, maintenance, etc. But you also would probably pay a premium for this. Finding an owner or agent through a Facebook group does take some extra work initially but might save you some cash in the long run. Particularly if you are renting for a longer period of time.

If it were us we’d look outside of the popular spots to reduce the prices but it also has to match with what you’re after. Going for viewings helps as well to get a sense for the areas.
Things have changed in Bali- the rent & food prices are outrageous and have tripled with WAY too many people/crime there now! Do NOT go there especially if you are Russian- STAY (TF) AWAY! Go to the Philippines - so CHEAP and beautiful!!!!
