Great video. I assume that this works for C-corporations, right? How about member managed LLC? How one can use whole life insurance in case of pass through LLC?

Are the company paid premiums an expense for the company and deductible? Is the death benefit to family on company paid premium tax free? How is tax free death benefit defer between a C corp and a S corp or pass through company structure?
