This swing set can be built in an afternoon with supplies from the hardware store. You can buy the swings / rings / slide, etc. from Amazon @ www.amazon.com/...
Even easier, buy a hardware set here: www.amazon.com/...
Or find parts elsewhere / make your own.

I am not an expert, but I also built my swing set and have some pointers I wanted to share with your viewers:
1. A frame - kids can swing those seats side ways. Your A frame is almost perpendicular to the ground, meaning it does not protect against racking (or horizontal) motion;
2. Top junction point where the A frame meets the main beam probably should be re-worked:
a. It looks like those 2 Simpson-Strong L-brackets are very loosely attached;
b. View from the show gaps and notched 4x4s where the bolt is installed is cracked?
c. Using cutout plywood to reinforce at the top is probably not a good idea. Even if it is pressure treated, exposing laminated cut side to rain will ultimately delaminate layers, possibly making it fail without notice
d. I would avoid using lag screws anywhere; instead use galvanized bolts (1/2" preferable) with galvanized washers and nuts

Do you have a model or set made by you?
You can
Google "allthumbsdiy backyard swing".
I keep saying this should be easy enough esp for a backyard only i want to have big seats for adults! Like a 300lb guy can use it & Swing high! Please i need a easy cheap way to make a simple strong adult swing set....i know it sounds dumb, its really fun tho!!!! We had one i took it for granted...i HAVE A big back yard so inwant to make it!! Id pay for a Amish assistant thats for sure! Can't seem to find kits but id better bug home depot again. Love the 360 swing but thats NOT my thing ! 😊 me and buddy Shawn used to get drunk and swing! Hahahah idiots but fun!
Sorry - I don't recall the specific angle the 4x4s were cut at.
Are you at all concenred with left and right movement? Are you angled inward at all?
What angle did you cut the top of the 4x4's for the A frame?
Don’t follow this build!!! Your A frame should be 60/30/30. Top angle 60 bottom of your 4x4s 30 you should also have a 3 to 4 degree outward angle from the cross beam. Do not notch the 4x4 like he did it’s only being supported by white size the notch is. Either buy pre-made swing set brackets or cut attach it flush and run a 2x4 brace underneath it.
Very nicely done! Love it
how much weight can it withstand?
Nice build. How long is your 4x6 beam? At what length do you think there would be to much flex?
This is really cool. thanks for uploading.
how is it staying in the ground?
how long is the top beam? is it a 4x6?
Can you provide a sup[ply list?
Why do people who don’t know what they are doing make diy videos for other people who don’t know what they are doing!!!???
1. Where is your support for side to side movements?
2. You should have around a 3 degree outward angle on your a frame and 60 degree at top
3. Recommending simple construction screws for your cross supports is ridiculous especially with your build. After a bit of stress they will eventually snap or pull out
4. I hope to god no kid ever climbs on that thing with angle brackets jutting out and 6 inches of a bolt sticking out.
You want to put your own kids in danger fine, but don’t post poor DIY projects and get someone else’s kids hurt.
!
I'm going to build a two swing version. My girlfriend is going to soak her panties! Thanks for the motivation.
