Welcome back Liz. You've been missed. Congratulations 143 pounds! Fantastic job! I'm definitely going to try the tofu cheese sauce. It looks delicious. Oh, and congratulations on your new job. 💕
Oh My Goodness, It is so so good to have you back ! I am So So So Proud of you. You are Amazing and so is your journey. You keep going girl. I Love Love Love your recipes. Big Hugs.
You had a new subscriber as soon as I saw your intro! So glad your channnel popped up, I am always looking for videos from people being real! Gonna binge watch all your videos now while I do my own meal prepping and cooking today :)
So glad you are back online and making video content and are well! Congratulations on your weight loss and your new job! I agree, the stems of broccoli have so much more flavor than the florets.
You are doing such a great job! My journey is going slower but still in the right direction. Trying to get out of the 200s by end of the year. I’ve been at a plateau for a few months at 207. Can’t wait to try the cheese sauce with silken tofu. I made some with cashews recently but the flavor wasn’t on par. I do like my broccoli stems too! I just chop them up. Yum! Thanks for getting back on here and sharing with us!
Hi, great video! One thing I found on my WFPB SOFAS journey is to add frozen riced cauliflower to the frozen berries to add that veggie for breakfast/cruciferous veg. You can also add shredded zucchini. Something about adding it to the frozen berries hides the cauliflower:) You’re doing fantastic!
Such a great idea! Thank you, I'll have to try that! I've also been adding frozen riced cauliflower to my hummus (I warm it first), which bulks it out and also just makes it more packed with nutrition.
Inspiring! I still am struggling with switching to this way of eating. I feel my best when I eat like this! Thanks for posting videos and congrats on new job!
Yay! I was so excited to see you posted a video! I've been wondering where you've been 😊. Amazing job with the weight loss. Is your partner losing too? I'm definitely trying that tofu cheese sauce! I hope you keep posting. You inspire me!!!!!!
I can definitely relate to overeating on pasta. It was my prime binge food when I was deeper into binge eating- I was bingeing on it nearly everday for supper. It isn't safe for me to have boxes of pasta at home yet but maybe one day. Thanks for another great video and congrats on your success with changing your habits with food. It's such a struggle of the mind.
Thank you so much! I agree that so much of it is a struggle of the mind. I've been working on relearning all my habits around food. I think that is the key for lasting weight loss, too. If I cement my new healthier habits and push out the old unhealthy ones.
Great video. I am going to try the tofu cheese sauce. I make a good cashew cream cheese sauce, but I love it too much and as a result have gained six pounds. I am using silken tofu now instead for less calories. Thanks Liz! I hope you can quit your job someday and do this full time!
Great job Liz on this video. The very first thing you said is I’m just gonna drop my seeds in here. What are the seeds? Are they flax seeds? Are they Chia seeds not sure. Can you tell me?
More of these what i eat in a days.. Until you eat the exact same thing everyday, i wouldn't mind you repeating meals.. I just love watching your content.. You're also really cute..

Thank you Amy! It's really hard when plateaus happen, they make me pretty frustrated. Hope you're able to bust out of yours soon!

Try replacing or reducing the cashews with white beans😊
@@SpringFlowers537 I will try it! Thanks.😀
I would love to see more from you!
Happy to see you!-
Thank you! Hoping to get back into a regular rhythm of posting!
Congratulations!! Thank you for your videos and recipes!! What brand of maca do you use?? TIA
Thank you! I use the Terrasoul brand.
Great job Liz on this video. The very first thing you said is I’m just gonna drop my seeds in here. What are the seeds? Are they flax seeds? Are they Chia seeds not sure. Can you tell me?
They looked like flax meal
Thank you! Yes, it's mostly flax (about 2 tablespoons ground), and I do about a half tablespoon of raw pumpkin seeds (also ground) too.
Could you post brand of Alma
Spice Train!
Is spice train the cheaper Alma or the delicious one? I'd like the delicious brand name please
Also have you seen any benefit from Alma Powder?
@@maureens2812 spice train is the delicious brand. It’s matcha that I use a cheaper brand of.
@@jackiebatchelder3403 I’ve only been taking it 4-5 months and haven’t had my yearly bloodwork yet but I’ll report back!

I hear you mentioning "macha" in the yogurt bowl that tastes like malted milk. Do you mean Matcha? Or is it something else?
I believe it was "maca"
Actually I'm saying Maca there, but it definitely sounded like matcha lol. Ground maca root is what tastes like malted milk to me.
