I just repaired mine thanks to your video. Mine is about 6 or 7 years old and I was about to trash it and now maybe I'll get a few more years out of it! Thank you.
My tray is installed wrong. The part that pushes the ice out is IN the basket. Im not sure if there's a way for me to fix it without taking the pins out.
How do you clean it? I read put a tablespoon bleach and water then plain water run through it. Now components are green and ice still taste like bleach not strong but slight taste.
I think I mention it in the video, just check that water line and watch it as it tries to fill the ice prong area. You should be able to see the spot in the line that is stopping the water from filling up. I hope this video helped.
Not really sure, sounds like there's something wrong from the compressor to the prongs. Sorry, this was a gift for my father so I don't still have one that I could look at.

Mine touches the condenser but it only makes ice on the first three front ones

Just take the back cover off, I think it has 3 or 4 screws and you should see your water line.

My prongs aren’t getting cold enough. Does this have anything to do with the solenoid you think?
