I don't think it will effect that much, just only very specfic situations when two or more players are grouped etc, but I agree Winch/Sledge is such a fun combo ahaha

Bug - There is a bug going on where screen freezes during loading of next rounds u can chat hear sounds but game doesnt load properly u have to click exit from steam then restart i have lost so many games because of it and it happens every game especially in world tour and ta rank And the kyoto map is beefy fs near bamboo area frame drops like crazy and a pretty big map so u spawn 100 m away nd im playing with level 12 -20 players im happy with new players but the lobby is lvl 55 lights /heavies and their server are sometimes laggy
I've gotten something similar when switching sides. I could hear that the game was starting but I was still in the black screen that shows up while you wait. I had to close out the game and boot it up again to reconnect. Wasn't able to play that round but at least I got back in.
I'm surprised the hammer right click isn't an aoe, cause I agree you should be able to multi hit with it but maybe it would be more balanced to spread the damage across multiple enemies
100% I do like that single hit it's very strong, but I feel right-clicking it (as it deals more environment damage) should also be at least to some degree an AOE attack in some way, of course I don't want to OP the weapon for casual modes but still.
melee weapons have low DPS and a longer TTk than other weapons even up close which shouldn't be the case (if I totally sacrifice the possibility of hitting from a distance I would like to be strong at least up close) so I think that melee weapons should always be capable of hitting multiple people at the same time (when was the last time you saw 3 people within one meter perfectly still in front of you) the skins are very nice but I don't intend to buy them until they fix the servers (same lag problem as the closed/open beta and season 1) the people who play with me on the EU servers have the same problems most of the time with the exception for those who have a pretty strong connection (they see a little temporary lag but don't get stuck in place) anyway, thanks for always being on top of things in record time, I see your videos before I even notice that an update has arrived
Ayy I appreciate you, and I like your thinking with that too, which is why I was saying more so with the sledgehammer because it punishes people being that close together in the first place with a right click attack, maybe it could extend to the blades as well… I haven’t had many issues with the server, it’s only with Kyoto at the moment sometimes when destruction gets bad, not sure what they’ve changed it it’s the case overall, maybe another provider or something with a cheaper solution? Not sure… Either way thanks for watching :)
There's a reason Bungie gave the gravity hammer an AoE and the energy sword a generous lung. Or like Blizzard let Reinhard swing immediately out of the shield, swing faster, and made the hammer much bigger allowing you to sweep through multiple enemies. I think Embark needs to make the hammer bigger/longer and have a faster swing, and possibly give it some AoE either like the gravity hammer or before where you could hit multiple enemies with drags.
@@Bagginsess you made me think of something, you could greatly increase the initial animation speed of the hammer and also other melee weapons, at the moment between when you press the button and when the attack animation actually starts/arrives it takes a long time especially with the 'light attack of the hammer (in this way you can increase the responsiveness of the weapons without increasing the attack speed)
Theres this problem where my game is having some god awful stutters that made me stop playing for a few days and it still persists after this patch, i hope Embark does something about it :(

@@THiiXY I think it might have just began with the first patch of season 3, i've tried the following: - Uninstalling the game - Verifying the game files - Downgrading my graphics card driver - Turned off the automatic tuning option from nvidia experience Heck, i even reinstalled my windows but i had another reason for that originally but, all i can say is that *NOTHING* worked which means it's really just the game having performance issues. It obviously wasn't my laptop's fault because it was and still is capable of running the game just fine before the stutters happened :[
5:23 i keep getting stuck in the lodging screen for every fucking match, it’s so infuriating. and sometimes even in the practice range. and i even get the penalty for no fucking reason whatsoever. it’s been like this for 2 weeks now and i assume im not the only one. and there is still no fix for this bullshit in this patch. and i just had a game where i got stuck, reconnected and was stuck with the default load out for the match
Yeah I think someone else told me about this so you're not alone, I'll pass it on my side to get it looked into hopefully - sorry to hear btw :( In the meantime, have you contacted their support - I've heard they've been pretty good

100% I said with the neon flamethrower it would have been cool for the flame to be multicoloured for example, but the bullets in that collection actually shoot different colours too :D
TA isn't terrible, but when I'm getting 20 kills and my teammates are going 1 and 10 and we lose on round 13 and I still lose points then it makes me not want to play ranked
Yeah it's pretty frustrating, that's some of the things I've been saying for a while, how the actual tech is behind the gamemode is really off-putting for some, hope it gets altered soon
@THiiXY in TA especially I feel like it needs to be based on rounds and personal performance, cause there's no reason for me to play TA if I'm gonna get bad teammate and I'm just gonna be wasting 30 minutes of my time just to lose points
Do you mean in World Tour? I think they said that they're doing the changes in the background interally testing them rather than making adjustments on the fly etc

Idk how to explain it but I feel like everythings just back and forth heavy gets buffed light sucks. Light gets buffed heavys sucks. And Mediums just there I guess. Im just a casual player so i dont really know much and i respect your opinion a ton. Even if theres nerfs and buffs tho im still having the most fun ive had in a while😊
@Bay-Lee08 I actually really agree with that. Mediums are always good it seems Even when they're strong it doesn't feel like BS. Unlike the nuke meta or the current light meta. And honestly, I have no solution other than remove invisibility and replace it with something else
kyoto sucks to run through, it's literally too big of a map or there isn't enough bounce pads or zip lines to get around, you spawn 100-200m away from the cashbox instead of like 50-100m
Yeah I actually think there isn't enough directional bouncepads etc, because there are some but they don't allow you to really go in the direction you want in some cases

I still don't understand the whole world tour thing. It's literally unranked tournaments like we had in S1, but with a limited map pool. The so called "rank" is the biggest joke ever, since it's more of a character level since it's tied to how many games you grind. World Tour so far has been the biggest let down, I was hoping they are gonna shake something up with the new tour. Gonna wait for S4 at this point... Bummer
I'm confused, what did I say wrong? I was saying that sledge is obviously out of meta vs Lewis & SA Shotgun etc and further nerfing it means that people casually will go back to playing those weapons over fun weapons...
I would change how far it goes when shooting, keeping it still effective in combat and for general movement but just make it so you cant go snap out of someone's aim or go behind them as fast, like 2 dashes to do that and not 1 basically
@@stargravy4211 dash already is a high skill based ability on the weakest class in the game plus invis is still more common/better it sounds like you need to just learn to react/aim better
@@THiiXY I think a better idea is to change the maps slightly or the spawns. Having to run into the open with little cover is rough. As a medium if I get shot once I can’t regenerate my health so even if I hide if they see me again I get 1 shot basically. With a heavy you can survive 3 shots but then you’re more likely to be shot becasue you’re much slower. Right now the only counter play seems to be just playing light and be better than the sniper but even that is difficult if there’s multiple snipers in a lobby

If they like "charged" when you were blocking, maybe heating them up, once they are charged, you attack and dash forward. I know riot shield mains that absolutely slay with them, but I feel like medium isn't fast enough to close the gap while blocking, like light can do with dash or heavy attack on sword, and medium doesn't have enough health or a winch like heavy has to close the gap, so it feels bad to use without seriously good positioning. Either way, it's kind of a gimmick weapon, so if they buffed it too much, it would feel bad to play against.

Grapple has been my literal favorite this season. Great range and velocity, nearly always a get out of trouble free ability.
