www.evatech.net In this video Elliot demonstrates installing tracks on TREX is easy. The TREX is an industrial robot designed for the slopes or wetlands.
Drive is custom made to fit, what I believe is Toro dingo tracks... 6" wide 153x89x28 I do not know the circumference of the drive, but guessing at about 12".
@@tomthompson7400 If you are spending that much on R&D, then you spent too much. Now they did spend a lot on machinery, lathes, welders, CNCs to mass produce them. I respect them for that. But yes, this is only about $2k in parts.
good old safety trainers too , with that crappy work bench and poor slinging id not be putting my feet beside it ,, and who taught this guy how to use a torque wrench , very poor advert for the company . for 25k you would think they would use the odd washer , maybe even break out to a few locknuts or even a ratchet spanner for the tensioner , and tightening an axle to 20ft/lb certainly isnt tensioning the track either. ,, if i was doing that every day id have to make some changes . hse wouldnt let you do that here either . crazy.
Brilliant video thank you
no lock washer or nylock nuts or even loctite on those 4 nuts he tightens?
Шикарно!
