From 6:43-6:46, when Mandy Patinkin said he will skip lunch to lose weight, does that always work if you don't eat anything (since he said he never ate all day from 6:31-6:33)? I'm asking this because, a long time ago I was trying to lose some weight and once I never ate breakfast or lunch and never drank anything and when I weighed myself in the evening, my weight was the same since the day before. I'm only thinking my weight stayed the same because, I didn't put anything in my system which would cause any fat in me to go away where maybe I thought I have to eat something with nutrition, protein, and/or potassium in order to make any fat in me to disappear which would mean that I have give any fat in me a nudge out of the way by eating something healthy in order to cause the fat to go away causing nutrition, protein, and/or potassium in the way of fat.
