Hope ur still staying active daily, keep up the amazing job, most important/ please seek God, he will see you Thru all struggles and setbacks, I know this because I am a quadriplegic that has been healed thru Christ Jesus, I thank Him each and every day for the miracle I’ve received, although I know I don’t deserve it but God is merciful. Glory to God and God bless.
Hey there , great channel n wow ur upper body has to b crazy strong, 👍🏽 my dad really struggled because he didn’t have the upper body strength . Thank u for sharing ur journey 💫
Great video, thanks for posting! I'm amazed you walked that whole way without a sitting break! Just a thought- when I first started out I used a rollator walker like the one in your video but found I was putting way too much weight through my arms to compensate for balance problems, leading to bad posture and more pain (and using a ton of energy). I eventually started using a two-wheeled walker and that's been much better at for balance, posture, and conserving energy. Looking forward to watching your videos on using forearm crutches!😊
Hello! Sorry for the delay in response. Your comment was held in the "Review" category for some reason lol. Thanks for the feedback. I find it does take a lot of energy like you said. I haven't been doing much walking at all due to my AFO's needing repair! I appreciate you watching.. Cheers!
Hi Shane, Glad to know you have a channel. I thought you did very good in the walker. I imagine it is hard on your arms and very tiring. I will be watching for Part 2.
@@paralifetv-youreverydaywhe8314 Not too long, the distance enough for shopping but it isn't a long distance. Maximal about 1 km in the time 40-50 minutes, I think so that I can walk without break. Much depends on my spasticity.
@@OlekW Much longer than I. Once in a blue moon when shopping if someone is with me I'll use the shopping cart to use as a walker while whoever is with me will jump in my chair. When I get tired we trade off. We've gotten some funny looks lol
@@paralifetv-youreverydaywhe8314 I walk a little bit better than You. Every SCI is different but you are awesome because lots of paraplegic resigns from walking and walk exercises. For paraplegics wheelchair using is easier than walking. For me as a quadriplegic walking is better than riding on a wheelchair. My hand grip is very bad. You have a big potential in your legs but you train it less than me, I think so. I train legs all the time, the progress is very small. I see this progress in many years periods. One year is too short for comparison. After many years it's boring especially that your hands are alright. Respect also that you don't use an electric wheelchair. Many choose the easier solution.
@@OlekW I've watched you videos, You walk very well. Much better than I. I tend to use my chair more for safety and convenience. If I go shopping I can't carry anything as my hands are on my crutches and I'm slooooow/ In my chair I'm in and out! lol. Also I've fallen before and thankfully I haven't broke a wrist or leg. I've know people who have fallen, broke their leg and were out of commission for over a year and never could fully recover. I am making it a habit to walk outside along my driveway for exercise during the nice weather.
Hello and welcome! It took me about 1.5 years to independently stand and walk but Always with a walking aid for support. If you have any questions feel free to ask. All the best, Cheers!
You are doing great, and I can say, don’t give up and everything will be fine, you can do this and you are a strong 💪🏾 person ey.

Wow. Congratulations on walking again’🙏🏻 I’m t10complete😔 been paralyzed for 4yrs now , just feel tingling all in my feet & legs that’s all
I'm T12 complete been 18 years
Usually with a Rollator walker you just have to push down on the brakes to lock them
It was a pleasure to meet you! Can't wait to watch all your videos.
Likewise! Looking forward to more live streams with you!
Super super Welldone brother
Keep it up..

Here for some inspirational and motivating information and perspective. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to another one soon.
Thank you. More to come!
Thanks for the video! I now better understand how walkers work (which is why i checked the video in the first place). Onto the crutches video!
Glad it helped! Let me know you have any question. I'd be more than happy to answer. Cheers!
What an awesome video, and introduction to your channel. i'm looking forward to getting to know you better!!! loving the content.
Thank you so much. Likewise! Cheers
Hi Shane, Glad to know you have a channel. I thought you did very good in the walker. I imagine it is hard on your arms and very tiring. I will be watching for Part 2.
It gets tiring. I don't walk nearly enough. I've been gradually building up but still prefer the wheelchair. It's faster :)
❤❤❤
Great..
Nice sharing my friend 😊
Thank you! Cheers!
Good morning my friend 🤗🙋♂️
God bless you more 🙏🙋♂️
Hello! Welcome welcome!
Hey there! Nice to meet you and I admire your will and desires.💪🏽🔥💯
A pleasure to meet you and thank you very much!
Hell yeah, Shane. That's damn good. Hard on the right shoe though, it seemed to drag a lot more than the left. BZ brother.
Yeah about the right shoe! In Part 2 I talk a bit about that...
BZ, Brother. That was damned impressive.
Fantastic video!! You did great!! 😎
Thanks! It was tough with the walker. Stay tunded for PART 2!

You are so welcome. Thank you!
Great video !
I'm expecting You are going to like the crutches since You have tried the walker at one time and chose the crutches then ! 😄
Thanks checking out the video. Yes, I prefer the crutches. I tried the walker a few times but always feel more comfortable with the forearm crutches.
Great video you did great Shane From
John And Brenda❤
Thanks John & Brenda!!
I see on your videos that you stand up very easy. I use my walker in shops usually, in the terrain crutches.
Are you able to walk for long distances with the walker?
