I could of spent hours in there! There was a downstairs as well.. It was pretty spooky from what my kids told me. The steps leading down were way to steep.

I experience the same thing when lifting. My legs go wild bit do settle down for the evening. When my bladder fills that also makes me very spastic along with cold weather. I take baclofen as well.

I hear ya. I dread the winter just because of what it does to my hands. My remedy helps but I have to be very consistent for it to work. Hoping to have my remedy video up in a couple weeks. I just waiting for some mega splits LOL

:) :) There's no gloves in basketball! LOL Actually yes, some individuals who have limited hand strength (quadriplegics mostly) will wear gloves to help with grip when it comes to pushing their chair and to assist with catching and holding the ball. Typically you don't wear gloves playing wheelchair basketball. I tried wearing gloves way back in the day for fun and found it totally altered my shot, pushing, ball handling and passing as it would most players.
