I was so worried when her ane started getting worse and I was so happy when I found a product that helped take it away in just 2 days. I was at Walmart and saw they had the baby version of the aveeno balm, so I picked it up. Excited to try it on my baby as I too share the same story, nothing has worked
The balm says its for use 6 months and up.. is it safe for my 1 month old? I’m confused

My son had a bit of acne and milia on his face and right before his two month checkup he started getting bumps again, mostly on his forehead and a bit on his cheeks. The doctor said it should go away on its own and I read online to not use any lotions or oils on it. His face feels bumpy and dry though while the rest of his skin is baby soft. The only thing I use on him besides a fragrance free cleanser is baby wipes approved by the eczema association. Hopefully it will go away soon but if he still has it next month I'll try the Aveeno or Mustela. I have Dove baby lotion but I'm scared to use it on his face.
I'm scared to use lotion on babys face too because I heard you shouldn't do you know why?

The fragrances can irritate the skin.
@@Jess_luvs_momlife Thanks for replying. His skin is all cleared up now. 🙂 My stepmom recommended coloidal oatmeal bath soak and that worked almost immediately. I also used the Mustela lotion, it isn't fragrance free but surprisingly it didn't irritate his skin or cause more breakouts.

I would apply it on her all the time. After a bath, while feeding her, all the time😊

How long did you have to use the aveeno balm for on baby? And do you think putting something like that on babys delicate skin can hurt them like health wise??
We only used it for a bit. Once it got better we no longer needed it. It didn’t hurt my baby at all
My 4 weeks baby has very very bad acne all his face & neck 😟

We have applied oil on the acne areas and we got to know that oil shouldn't apply on the acne areas ....and that oil is not cleaning up ...can you tell me what we have to do ...or it will go by itself?....

Is skin shedding okay in the process. This stuff is making her shed a whole layer but the bumps are gone.
Not sure. That didn't happen with us.
I use a cream called ecorganic and it dried the pimples out and she’s away before smoothing out. His was severe mixture of acne and cradle cap
Yes. It's normal for the top layer of the babies skin to shed. I would make sure to keep gently cleansing their skin. 😊
