honestly that goes to show just how good the ps2 version is, 20 years latter and its only now that I noticed that because you mentioned it here, and it was in the intro too lol
Used to play this back in the day with my friends after school. I have very fond memories of it. But... It took me another almost 25 years to learn (until a few months ago) that there were 2 versions of the game!! Cause both my self and all my friends back in the day we had PCs and none had a console, we grew up with the "seattle" version. We had heard that is exists on consoles, but we assumed that it was the same! None of us had seen the console version!
There are some games that have the same name, but different gameplay on two different consoles. For example, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 had a PS2 version (developed by Black Box Games), but a different version (developed by Electronic Arts Seattle) was made for the GameCube, Xbox and PC. The PS2 version of Hot Pursuit 2 still remains the best driving game ever made.
The Lamborghini Diablo cop car was only available in the EA Seattle version and not in the Black Box version

Should have seen how much Edward needed to say on Arkham Knight Rider. A mini novel's worth of text.
