I'm aussie/polish but damn the stuff my mates mum hits up is fantastic.. the samoan community seem to be killa when they cook.. i also love her supsui more then the stuff I grew up on..

I WISH YOU WOULD SHOW HOW YOU PEELED THE PUMPKIN AND THEN CUT OR CHOP IT INTO THOSE PIECES. YOU ARE LEAVING OUT SOME MAIN POINT OF PREPARING IT!
He didn't peel the pumpkin before he baked them, he just cut them into wedges size pieces with the skin on then baked, and onced cooked he scooped the flesh into a bowl...tadah.
MAYBE IF YOU SHOULD USE A BIGGER KIND OF SPOON!
