@@kenshowtosandreviews4320 just got home with my first 1911 and needed to know how to disassemble. So many videos skip removing the barrel! I was glad that you showed that plus reassembly. I have saved your video for future use. Big thanks!
I literally watched 3 videos on this before I come across yours, none of them helped but got it down the first time with your video. I appreciate the help!
Very helpful my sig 1911 is due for its first cleaning so it’s ganna be a fun one lol. But this video sure helps out a lot compared to some others that make it seem harder
Thanks for the feedback. I try to make things as simple as possible. If you ever have any questions while you’re breaking it down feel free to reach out.
Are there any pieces proprietary to Sig ? I’m new to 1911s but have always loved the look of them . Being able to get parts to replace or fix a gun is something I always like to consider before purchase, thank you for any feedback
Thanks for the view! So 1911s are a very old model pistol that have been brought into the future a bit with modern technology. For the most part 1911 parts are the same across the board but SIG may have certain parts exclusive to them. I know for sure that you can use a Colt 1911 magazine in a SIG 1911. I use them because they hold 8 without the grip extender.
You ever notice any minimal slide wobble with your scorpion fastback? Only reason why im asking is because I noticed i have some minimal slide wobble with my scorpion fast back. If you can get back to me with your thoughts an experiences i would so appreciate it. Thank you.
Thank you. The best instruction on this you can find on RUclips.
Thank you for the view! I appreciate the kind words. This is a very difficult weapon to take apart, so I’m glad you found it beneficial.

I’m so glad! This is not an easy weapon to take apart.

This is actually a bad representation of how to properly disassemble and especially reassemble a 1911. The reassembly was the cringiest part oh my
Great video Tutorial. Helped me alot.
Thank you for the view, and I’m so glad the video could assist you!
Thank you for the video and as you said you have to be patient very patient to clean it properly
Thanks I took mine apart my Lil bro knocked the table over and I had to come to u to put it back together
Oh no! That could have been a pickle. Thanks for the view and I’m glad the video could help out.
Thank you for this video.
Is there a reason to pull the trigger and release the hammer then push the firing pin safely back down again?
Nice job thanks for the video! Really appreciate liked and subscribed. I got the Nightmare version which seems to be the same.

On this Sig the only real proprietary part I see is the external extractor, but without pulling one apart in hand I can't say with certainty
Tell me about it I'm still sitting here trying to put it together, not the slide part but the receiver part
Thanks for the view! Yeah a 1911 is tricky. Hope you get it back together.
@@kenshowtosandreviews4320 i figured it out after 3 days 😂😂 I had to get a second opinion apart from mine, it fires properly now

Hi Eric, I haven’t noticed any slide wobble with mine. Mine is pretty tight. Maybe do a goodie search for some forums that outline some slide wobble
Are there any MIM parts in this gun or any SIG p Series guns??
That’s a great question. I would think not but now that you have posed the question I am going to check next disassembly and research a bit.
Suggestion- Learn how to take down your 1911 before you make a video. Fumble, rough, fumble, idiot, fumble, rough....
Thanks for the kind words.
