Former President Donald Trump couldn’t help but share his concerns and grievances about the 96th Academy Awards, held in Los Angeles on Sunday evening.
“Has there EVER been a WORSE HOST than Jimmy Kimmel at The Oscars,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “His opening was that of a less than average person trying too hard to be something which he is not, and never can be.”

I'm not a Trump voter or supporter, but I absolutely hate how the Oscar's show and late night talk shows have become so completely political. It's arrogant and ruins it for everyone. The gold standard was Johnny Carson who refused to allow guests to make political speeches - whether on the left or the right.
When politicians would rather do comedy, comedians have to get political.
