They are authentic Mexican homemade food in English. Every region of Mexico, every neighborhood, every family cooks differently, that is why they tell their views to make it comfortable for your family. When I don't remember how I prepare something, I am crazy craving, I watch a few of her then do my home version of. I cook abit like Chihuahua, Michuacuan, Chiapas, states of Mexico, Americanizes foods.

When you make your rice do you brown your rice before you put your tomato sauce do you add onion when your Browning your rice if you brown your rice I always Brown my rice before I married my husband my mama would use she would Brown her rice with onion and garlic then she would put her tomato sauce with the tomatoes bits of tomatoes and then I got married and he showed me a different way and this way and his way was with carrots and peas and no onion just a piece of onion which threw me off balance LOL I hope you get this and could understand all my Jibber Jabber it's like every time I make beans I do exactly like my sister-in-law showed me but they just don't come out as good as hers I'm divorced now he I got him cheating so I've been divorced now for over a long time I am 73 now and I live in Illinois and I miss California very much because they had Mexican markets here there where I could find everything over here they have one and if you don't know how to speak Spanish there they look at you like your some kind of alien from outer space LOL just joking they do they don't like me I went in there and asked for tripe and they looked at you like porque Como okay I don't know if that's the way you spell it but I tried LOL but that's the way it was they had the worst tribe oh my God they had the worst tribe and no place I'll sell it
