I've got an identical sr4 and would love to join in on the home straight! As a 16 yo this series has been pretty inspiring and it would be cool to be a part of it🫡
I have to say this is one of my favorite series on youtube. The fact that you are still going and still have so much to go is something i like, because that means i get to enjoy these video's for a fair bit longer!
What a great series. All the elements of great entertainment in humor, adventure, personalities, scenery and cinematography, plus no network or production company manipulating it. I was worried you'd lose interest getting around the northern bit of the UK and never finish, but instead the series keeps exceeding expectations. Fine work all around.
I always make sure to watch this on TV rather than a computer screen just to take in the amazing views. Every episode has been brilliant and have loved seeing your journey.
@@harrydwyer how exciting, my son is going up to my brothers tomorrow and packrafting down loch shiel, down the river Shiel through to Tioram Castle and then round the coastline into Loch Ailort with him. He has a few hours to aquire a midge head net!! This video uploaded at the perfect moment for us to see where they will be adventuring.
I keep getting threats from the TVL people for not having purchased a TV licence but thanks to Harry and a raft of other incredibly high quality film-makers like him, who watches conventional TV these days? I've disconnected the TV. It's just an ornament now.
I love watching Harry, only just found him. Also love watching BigJet TV on RUclips (Jerry Dyer) planes instead of boats. BUT, I also find one hell of a lot of good stuff on live TV, FreeView (not the reality stuff) because I can be interested in more than one topic. It broadens the mind! Do you have to be so dismissive just because you love this stream - rhetorical. 🤨 Just to be clear, I am here in the UK.
My favourite kind of content seems to be made months/years apart and released on youtube, I never thought I'd compare this series to The Big Lez Show but here we are.
Something about these videos just make me smile. Not sure if the joy of watching people do something they love or if it’s bringing back some lost memory of friendships past. But it’s bloody great either way!
every time i watch a new episode it surprises me how enjoyable they are. I have nothing with speedboats but have come to love little Goodwin. This series is such a rich mix of fun, beauty and charm
This really is one of those channels and series that you look forward in anticipation to the next upload. And thanks to Harry, I've also discovered BatteredTrooper👍🏼
Brilliant edition of this great series, drone footage great. I redesigned the Sea Rider in the late 70's for Avon in Llanelli, better looking, cut build costs but sadly they were 'stuck in their ways' so they didn't implement. The rest is history....
Love it, what a treat to watch on a Friday eve. Seariders are cracking boats. When i joined the coastgaurd back in the day that was the boat of choice. Keep up the good work lads.
What a lovely morning I’ve had, sipping on a cup of coffee and watching Goodwin adventure from my balcony view of a lake here in British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦. Fantastic cinematography and narration. Too bad about the loss of the drone though. I’m looking forward for the next episode where the Goodwin circumnavigates the top of Scotland. Well done Harry.
Shout out the Canadian posse! 🇨🇦I’m also a viewer from BC. Not by a lake though, by the proper sea 😆 As a resident of Vancouver island, I often wonder if this trip would be the same around here? Frikkin’ love this series. Makes me feel homesick but also soothes my soul.
Absolutely fabulous Harry! I am confident that your drone has been recovered by a diver fan and we will watch that footage. Not a question, but hopefully a surprise! I am sure that many followers of this channel would hedge a fund to put this series into a full documentary for distribution and your reward once you have completed the circuit.
This was pleasant Harry thank you. Cheers to Support Team as well I liked your stroll. Cockwell really did such a good job with the boat and that new Honda engine sounds crisp. I appreciate your perseverance. Cheers & love from across the pond. 🇺🇸
Have been following your videos since you started excavating foam from a ship, then was super excited when you you were gifted a little old boat. Never would've thought you would do such a fascinating journey. Thank you for taking us along, every step of the way. Truly remarkable Harry. -Watching from the U.S.
Eddie is a good supplement to the series:) The support team is also steadfast and lovable as always. The electronic upgrades was not in vain! The fog, and the dark bits would have been impossible without it. Thanks for another great episode, Harry. Sorry about your drone. I truly love this series. I save the episodes for when I can sit down and enjoy it on a proper screen with proper sound. It's the videos I look most forward to on the whole of youtube. Thank you.
It's whirlpool time! As much of a bummer that loosing the little helicopter is, the moment where you're aware of the lost footage is caught on camera is gold. Pure gold Jerry. Thats good TV. Another wonderful and informative episode. It makes me want to explore those bays and lochs so much, every time. Thank you!
What a sumptuous video. This whole series is compulsive viewing. Brilliant, well done. And the music soundtracks are excellent. How you are going to edit this down for the cinema is beyond me!
Brilliant love what you do.keep watching over and over.i have a rib to.your videos bring light to dark times. Really helped me when my dad died.he is the reason why i have a passion for the sea and boats i would just like to say.a big thank you for letting me escape reality. When times are dark.keep up the good work.and look forward to more videos come boys you got this
This wonderful series just gets better and better. Never a dull moment just a fabulous adventure with great company. I really wonder if travel programming can get a any better than this?
I've not watched it yet as I prefer to sit down and watch this series on my TV. However how ironic that the first video after all those upgrades is titled "Stuck in the fog" 😅
Hi, Harry & Team. I absolutely love your around the coast videos... I love the sense of adventure and escapism.. it's also great to reminisce, seeing a lot of the locations you visit.. Looking forward to you doing the East Yorkshire coast, especially Flambourgh. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
I went to school and used to play football with one of the lads on the super cubs! Awesome to see you (almost) on my home turf and in very familiar places I've spent lots of happy trips exploring. Keep up the stellar work, best series on RUclips easily!
Hi Harry just want to say how much I am enjoying your series. its quality viewing! I live very close to Goodrington beach and i'm always on the look out for Goodwin when I walk through the park hoping to get a look at her! all the best with the rest of the journey!
That was so good - I hope part 18 comes along soon! Gutted for you for the drone. I suffer acute drone-anxiety every time I fly mine, even over land. Thanks for making the series, it's the best thing on youtube by miles.
Everything is epic! The footage, the landscape and the witty banter. I love this channel and you deserve a good hearty pat on the back. Keep it up and thanks for your hard work!
Another amazing adventure, brilliant to see you Eddie and brother again.coastline up there is unreal. Cant wait for next installment, lovely to see Goodwin at her best.
Thanks for yet an other great episode ! And "Kippis" to Eddie : The Finnish word for cheers apparently comes from bartenders asking the overly drunken Finns to "..keep peace!.." . If and where and when this occured, no-one knows... Good luck onwards to Goodwind and Crew!
Great video. Sorry about the drone and lost footage. Utilizing some safety features: radar, AIS, sonar, heat sensing/mapping. Safe navigating in the fog and night.
I've been a big fan for thirty years, and I love it. 😂 seriously, I love it when I see an upload. So wonderfully done and a joy to watch. Thank you for taking the time and effort to do these.
Wow. Another awesome episode guy's. Great to see you both braving the crystal clear Scottish teeth chattering waters. So sorry for the loss of your drone. 😢
Nice to see the Avons all together after all these years I had the same boat but mine had the centre two seat consol. I found a picture where we took it up to Tobermory towing with a Rover 213 those were the days.Glad to see the Mishnish hasn’t changed
Another fantastic episode of your epic adventure. Top job Harry! Really interesting to see all of the nav gear working too. It's making me want night vision on my boat. 😊 Sorry to see the drone mishap but I'm sure the replacement will be bigger & better 👍
Another riveting watch Harry. Takes me hours to watch constantly pausing to research the places you name check (and looking at ribs for sale, Motorhomes for sale etc etc 😂). Ps I’m no chef but I’m worrying very slightly for your arteries 😂😂😂
Given the increasing interactions with fans, I expect when you finally finish it'll be with a full escort from the Royal Navy.
And every searider known to man.
I was just considering meeting up back in the Thames estuary
I'd be keen to be part of a flotilla to welcome goodwin home
I've got an identical sr4 and would love to join in on the home straight!
As a 16 yo this series has been pretty inspiring and it would be cool to be a part of it🫡
@olliejennings5348 nice one Ollie good idea
The sight of the flock of Goodwins skipping along in the calm sea was truly majestic. RIP the poor drone
I have to say this is one of my favorite series on youtube. The fact that you are still going and still have so much to go is something i like, because that means i get to enjoy these video's for a fair bit longer!
And to add, seeing the cliffs i walked on the sky trail from the sea brought me back a few years! I should revisit Scotland!
It’s one of my favourites too. I don’t know what I will do when the journey is finished. My life will change a lot I think. Probably for the worse.
Deeply enjoyable series. Love it and it inspired me to do something much smaller but similar!
Having met Harry at the Birmingham boat show he is a very nice chap
@@fisherh9111 Don't be so gloomy my friend. There will be others like him.
When George Orwell lived on Jura he nearly drowned navigating the whirlpools. Thanks for another great episode.
Ahh yes, I read that. Shame we couldn't have explored more.

with all this tech its getting too easy for you now harry! remember back to those good old days of pulling goodwin up a beach on inflatable rollers!!
Those WERE the days. Need to get some more inflatable rollers. Maybe they make more hardy ones, both popped on the first outing.

Yeah, regular TV is trash now.
7 years without a TV license I cast youtube to it.
