Compared to higher frequency bands such as Ku band or Ka band, C band signals generally have lower data transfer rates due to the narrower bandwidth available. This can limit the amount of data that can be transmitted or received within a given time frame, affecting the efficiency of data-intensive applications or missions.
Despite the challenges, C band remains widely used in satellite communication due to its favorable propagation characteristics, wide coverage, and compatibility with existing ground station infrastructure

Don't get confused between altitude and attitude. Attitude means the way that the ship is positioned in 3-dimensional space. Attitude is in effect, the way that the ship is "pointed or oriented" In order for the ship to go in the right direction.

Parabolic reflector antennas are commonly used due to their high gain and narrow beamwidth. They consist of a curved reflector dish and a feed horn or dipole located at the focal point.
Helical antennas are often used for satellite reception or transmission of circularly polarized signals.

I really appreciate your efforts in choosing interesting scientific topics of current relevance, going to the sources and doing research to make sense of the underlying science, and presenting it with beautiful graphics and with a friendly yet to-the-point and concise narration. Not least, I also admire that you admit when you're unclear about something rather than pretend to be a know-it-all --- Indeed, knowing what we don't know is a very important skill for a scientist. Because the time lag between the signal to exchange between the lander and the ISRO centre. 🙏

Really love your videos brother ! It would be really great if you can also make a dedicated video about the details of the Aditya L1 mission ? As the launch date is not far off.

Russia has no competition with india since both are friends..so wht is it doing behind chandrayaan 3??….it’s basically deployed there to help isro communicate better with chandrayaan 3 since isro could not communicate properly last time when failed!!

Hi bro, what is the status of RTG development? I feel like this whole mission is a little compromise considering that we will only have 14 days to collect data. But i think chandrayaan 3 is more of a testbed to soft land. What do you think?
