As we have shown the jagjit and chitra singh Ghazal legacy in the second part. We will now see how pain and melancholy in Jagjit’s voice gave vent to the feelings of many. We will also explore how he revived Ghalib’s poetry into melodious Ghazals and musical.
Jagjit Singh - A man for all seasons, Popularly known as the ‘Ghazal King’, he sang and composed a number of memorable Ghazals, folk & devotional songs which are highly acclaimed by both critics and people world over.

One unique quality no one can deny that Jagjeet Singh ji had was Chitra Singh.What a amazing soul and singer!
Famous ghazal singer Ghulam Ali Khan said Jagjeet Singh's voice was suited to ghazal singing.Ofcourse to become a good Ghazalgo a combination of many qualities need to come together.Jagjeet Singh's Panjabi album of Shiv Kumar Batalvis songs "Birha da sultan" was also amazing! God bless all!

Jagjeet Singh was great singer and he remain good ghazal singer for ever but Main reason was his command on urdu language.
Command of Urdu alone is is not enough to make a singer of his calibre!

You have made a tremendous effort to document Jagjit Singh's life and I am grateful for that. But may I make a suggestion without sounding critical of your production? I think that repetitive splashing of title "Main Jagjit" with that smashing sound effect is disruptive. We all know what we are watching and don't need to be reminded every 20-30 seconds. It took attention away from the content of the video. Also the continuous rolling of the film frames on the left took almost half of the space in the video. I would much rather see the artists, you and others as narrators on the whole screen. The footnotes with the poets' names were good because that is important. Please forgive me if you think these suggestions are not significant and are not worth consideration.
