I went to the Austin and Houston shows on this early leg of the KTM tour. Keep your eye on the keyboard player while watching this. This was the first time Spoon could afford a real hired session keys player and it made their new (at the time) sound come to life at the live shows. This was also the only tour they played Situation Vacant by the Kinks. I'm still searching for a good recording of that in 2021. The struggle is real!
Doesn't matter that the sound quality is piss poor. Just seeing them in their earlish days is outfuckingstanding! ca. Girls Can Tell. First album of theirs ever listened to and it changed the way I listened to music. Still my favorite in their catelogue. Thanks for sharing!!
