As a 29 year old married woman who lives very rurally in a dark, wet, cold country and works shifts as a nurse/midwife I appreciate this video so much! I don’t know if it’s a generational thing, a weather/cultural thing, or a me thing but all the “That Girl” videos just seem like some kind of celebrity life to me 😂
Yes..I am med student from India and my whole day revolves around studying ,classes, practicals ,meals and sleep Yes occassionally on weekends I take time for a bit extended bath routine spending time with my family ,school friends.. it's all about balance and living your own life..we all have different path to deal with and that what's makes our story at the end . It's fulfilling..wish you the best.
I'm a nurse. We should do a ' that nurse ' channel. Wake up at 5am. Fall over the clutter at your feet. Go downstairs. Cry at the mess in your sink. Drink coffee, shower, get ready for. Spend 12 hours being pulled from pillar to post. Shit, I forgot to food prep. AHH a banana will do and I'll nip to the canteen. Get home at nine or later ..... Most likely eleven at night because you are ' journalling you patients care' . A few wines are fine.whats in the fridge. Ahh that cheese will do for a sarnie, bed comes at midnight ish... Alarm goes of at 5 am.... Ugh.... Rinse and repeat 😂
I understand what you meant here , when i saw her and other video it looks very nice sunny early morning , and their house have good windows that allows the sun to shine inside also.
This is exactly the video I needed! I'm not 22 years old working from home so I frequently find the insp videos unrealistic for myself. I work nights so getting up at 5 am isn't going to happen 🙃 love that you said "whenever your day begins" rather than "you have to be up at 5 in order to be productive" Love it! Thank you so much!!!
This video is truly inspiring! I don’t usually share recommendations, but I have to tell you about the book women’s magic truths on borlest. It offers unique perspectives on wealth and self-care that you won’t find elsewhere. Wishing everyone all the best
Oh my goodness thank you for everything about this video!! I agree 1000%! All this SM is telling people they are not enough, not productive enough, don’t have a perfect house, don’t have thousand of dollars of skincare products etc. Thanks for being real!!!
Immediately resonate/ clicked to that woman instead of that girl. So simple but so eye opening. Thank you for that. I really like the trend of habits especially on healthy habits but as always there comes a time where it becomes trendy. You bring the true sense of that back instead of being just aesthetically pleasing. Especially as a woman in her 30s I really appreciate it because we need to see more realistic videos like that. Thank you and have a great day. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
I appreciate how simple and practical this was. And more importantly, I appreciate you saying to find what works for us individually instead of implying that your mothers are the ONLY methods that works. Instead you approached your methods as a guide to build on. Thank you 🙏🏾 😊
What I've learned after dozens of time managment and lifestyle books and articles is that all tips need a try out. We're lucky to have so much helpful information around us, but only we know for sure what information to keep/toss. So yes, I'm all for intuitively choosing your own path.
"Your channel is amazing! I love how you break down complex health topics into simple, actionable advice. Every video feels like a step toward a healthier, more balanced life. Thank you for making wellness so accessible and motivating-looking forward to learning more!"
This video was necessary! It’s interesting to see how many women like me did not fully relate to those “that girl” videos despite having valuable insights in them beyond the aesthetics. It was heavily aesthetically-driven and beautiful but without much of a guide to them, they kind of lost their value? Plus trends can get icky. That’s why I love and appreciate how you broke this down. I have been mastering routines since this year started and I’m doing pretty well but definitely learned some things like what you said about creating that slush fund of time, reward-based incentives and majorly, how routines help turn off fight or flight. This was a big revelation to me, how you put it 🙌🏽 Thank you, thank you.
I'm so glad the algorithm suggested this video. This is exactly what I needed to get down to work, this is real motivation and very wise. I am a lifetime subscriber now.
I agree. Towards the end, I was reminded of when I used to wish RUclipsrs created this kind of content (like 8yrs ago). It’s so powerful to see how this resonated similarly for someone else. Thank you, Katie.
Excellent video! The idea of using things that you like doing like scrolling through social media as a reward really works. I’ve been using this technique for many years. I started when I had a very tedious long job as a student that needed doing, and got through it by breaking it up into time segments rewarded by playing a video game. I asked another student how she did it and she rewarded herself with sewing. It has to be whatever motivates you and what you enjoy and we all are different. It’s a brilliant productivity technique.
Yes! I’m 47 and I have been doing all of this for many years - long before “routines” were a thing; though I do love watching those videos, it’s great reinforcement and I have gained some ideas from them over the past few years. The only part I struggle with is movement and as I age it has become more and more critical to do. I love waking up and knowing exactly what to do - I don’t waste time laying in bed, scrolling, hitting the snooze button (I haven’t needed an alarm clock for about 20 years now, and I think having a solid night routine helps with that). My phone stays out in the living room at night. I wake up, start my tea being, take a 15 minute massage in my massage chair, get my tea, write in my journal about the previous day (great practice for memory as you age), read my book, even if only for 15-30 minutes, do a few French lessons in duolingo, then I write my to do list for the day. Then I wash up, do my physio (I don’t consider this enough movement, I still try to go for a walk or so,etching later in the day), get dressed, have breakfast and then start my day, which has lots of time blocking!! 12-12:30 I focus on emails so I’m not distracted with them through the day, 12:30- 1 I do a quick tidy of the house, do any prep work for dinner like take meat out of the freezer to defrost (my husband cooks dinner so this just helps the process). Lunch is 1-1:30 (I work from home) and then I set a “Tea time” alarm for 3 pm everyday to have my last cup of caffeinated tea. I have a bit of a night routine too. All of this helps me feel organized and focused and a little bit of control over my life that is going to be chaotic and full of surprises no matter what we do! This helps me take the bumps and surprises much easier.

Love this content! I have recently started my own wellness journey and really focusing on become my best self. I truly believe as you mentioned that we all are that girl at heart. Everyone has a different journey and everyone’s lifestyle looks different. We should not compare ourselves to others but instead focus on what we need to get to where we want🥰
I enjoy this im 30 going on 31 just started working again after 3 years of my own business venture I have 3 kids and I am ready to finally embrace my 30 year old self properly! 30 is the new now and not the new 20 I dont want to be a baby again I want to embrace this confidence 30 has given me I am so grateful to see 30 and to have accomplished as much as i did and also to look back and be glad im not in my 20's anymore! So much ive learned and conqured from being 20 now im 11 years wiser and im soooo very very proud of it! Thank you for an amazing vid!
One of my “that woman” routine components is eggs. I eat eggs - usually pan-fried in grass-fed butter and topped with cheddar - for breakfast almost every day. It’s simple, cooks in five minutes, and takes zero thought. Sometimes I include vegetables and meat, but I’m happy with plain eggs, too. That savory hit of protein and healthy fats keeps me satisfied right through til lunch.
Wow. Thank you for this wholesome video. I fully needed this. ❤ (and thank you for saving my time and not showing me the common “that girl” routine solely based on aesthetics)
Hi Katie! This is a really great video. Definitely what I needed to hear!! I just moved into my own place this year! Exciting! But I am overwhelmed with how easily my to-do list gets piled up. Trying to get things done, yet find balance and sanity throughout my daily routine, is really hard. However, your video brought some comfort and light to establishing a more dignified routine. Loved the "slush fund of time" tip! I can't wait to use some of your advice!

I love your content! Really practical advice for me as an adult woman. I’m pretty happy with my current routine, but it needs tweaking, and you gave really good tips that I can actually execute. Thank you!
I absolutely love the concept of a "that woman routine" for productivity, wellness, health, and balance! It's so important to prioritize self-care and have daily habits that support our well-being. While I do have my own routine, I always enjoy learning new tips and tricks from others to enhance my own. How do you stay motivated to stick to your routine and make time for yourself each day? I'd love to hear your thoughts and maybe even incorporate some of your ideas into my own routine! Let's inspire each other to be the best versions of ourselves.
Amazing content in this video! I rarely suggest anything in comments, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is a game-changer. It provides deep knowledge on wealth and self-care that can really make a difference. Take care, everyone
Thank you for such a nice video! I've been watching all your other videos and have really enjoyed them! I just started waking up at 5am this week and what a difference it has made! I too, am a morning person, so it wasn't too difficult for me. I think it's OK to be that woman. In fact, I think it's empowering! Anyways, I love your videos! I look forward to the next one!
Karan, ah, THANK YOU!!! And yes TOTALLY the "that girl" routine is 100% genderless - it's all about bettering ourselves no matter what :) So happy you tuned in! xoxo Thank you for watching, bestie
You are such an inspiration, Katie. Originally got to "know you" through the ACNH community and now I am obsessed with your life style videos. They made me finally pick up my yoga routine again. Thank you for all the motivation you bring across. ♥️
I’ve read a lot of books, but women’s magic truths on borlest is on another level. It doesn’t just talk about vague concepts-it reveals secret techniques that can actually help you attract almost anything you want in life. This isn’t some watered-down law of attraction; it’s the real deal. You won’t believe what you’re missing out on until you read it.

Your channel seems focused on productivity advice, but would love to see a video on your eye makeup... you look great!
I guess I have my routins too and I like them. But it would be great to be able to wake up earlier in the morning to have more me time. days are so busy.
I love your content! Really practical advice for me as an adult woman. I’m pretty happy with my current routine, but it needs tweaking, and you gave really good tips that I can actually execute. Thank you!
Thank you for creating this informative video I can definitely relate, still trying to improve my daily routine.
Rebranding to that WOMAN everywhere, immediately
I can't stress enough how much i loved this video, super useful tips
This is a video I always wanted to watch on RUclips. Thank you for inspiration 🙏 ❤️ Can't wait to watch your new videos soon 💗
I can literally hear you speak all day 😊
Of all the people on the planet, you talk to yourself more than anyone… make sure you’re saying the right things.
This video is so great for 20's. Thank you
i like how peace and aesthetic you are
I can’t help myself nor to beige your content 💫
Can you share a weekly planning and a meal prep routine?
Amazing content in this video! I rarely suggest anything in comments, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is a game-changer. It provides deep knowledge on wealth and self-care that can really make a difference. Take care, everyone
Blocking my tasks is my next step ✨
It’s a great idea 💡
Thank you for such a nice video! I've been watching all your other videos and have really enjoyed them! I just started waking up at 5am this week and what a difference it has made! I too, am a morning person, so it wasn't too difficult for me. I think it's OK to be that woman. In fact, I think it's empowering! Anyways, I love your videos! I look forward to the next one!

This might just be the most motivational daily routine video I have ever watched. One word: gold. 😢😊❤❤❤
You are such an inspiration, Katie. Originally got to "know you" through the ACNH community and now I am obsessed with your life style videos. They made me finally pick up my yoga routine again. Thank you for all the motivation you bring across. ♥️

As soon as I saw girl deleted and WOMAN, subscribed. ♡
Hahahaha, I love this!! Love your side of that lady!! ❤️
Love your energy ✨ thanks for sharing
Love this inspiration. Just what I needed to hear to help wind down for the night
I say, just try to be the first best version of yourself and do the best that you can. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else. 😊
Yes we need more of this, so sick of the 20 something vlogs as if they're the only ones trying to grow and succeed.
¡Gracias!
YES YES YES! Can we just agree to call it That Woman? thank you
I loved this !!! Very practical
I get 2 - 4 hrs of sleep each night at age 50. And have been struggling with anxiety and depression. I fight with all my might every single day - when i really really want to stay in bed
Nice video to remind us on some simple everyday think we should do 😊😊
Hrmm, I like the whole reward based incentive thing! Particularly the comment about "how rewards should be to enjoy life, not escape it" :)
this motivated me so much❤
This was so insightful, thankyou so much for sharing this!!!! :)
Yessss! thank you for making this video ❤️ as a 30 year old, 9-5 worker, multi side hustle business owner, plus taking care of my cat & planning a wedding, it’s a nice take to see this from a “women’s” point of view. Thank you ❤️
So much truth in one video ❤❤
I felt like her today, and tomorrow I'm gonna aim to feel like her again ♥️
